Hello, internet. I’m a former employee of this company. I’d suggest you very carefully consider whether you receive services from PSG. You might be referred by family court or another governmental agency (like your child’s school), and you’ll assume you have to use these folks. Examine that assumption. I caution you against using these folks because the quality of people PSG hires and retains is suspect. The organization is growing very quickly, and quick growth doesn’t contribute to quality organization. Think about a tree that grows three feet in a year: is it particularly strong? I also caution you against PSG because it is simply not a very well-run organization. I say this as a former employee who walked away from a position here because I couldn’t stand the corruption, mismanagement, and ineptitude. I also couldn’t stand the way the agency treated men and boys. The misandry was palpable, and went unchecked even after several letters and meetings with higher-ups. In my opinion, they actually doubled down on their anti-male rhetoric and refused to make any changes to the way the agency interacts with men and boys. If you’re a dad, or a male, or the parent or caregiver of a boy (or transmale) I’d suggest very strongly you look elsewhere for therapeutic support. You’d cringe and rage if you could hear the way you or your son/nephew/grandson are spoken of in closed-door meetings conducted by PSG employees. All that being said, you’re in charge of your healing journey. You deserve the best help you can get, and while I personally don’t think PSG is this; it might be right for you. All of this is my opinion, and we’re all entitled to our opinions. Good luck!

Like the doc I have now a lot. Previous Dr really did not respect my wishes, I warned her about a side effect I\'m prone to and because she ignored me, it\'s permanent, so that\'s one star off. Worst thing is TERRIBLE office staff. They can\'t get paperwork together. My refills are constantly a BATTLE, meaning I\'m very often without medication. No one returns phone calls. You\'ll call and if they\'re too busy, they just hang up (no, not cause I\'m harassing them about my scripts). Just say \"Dr\'s office, please hold,\" and cycle back through. I resent being drug tested for ordinary care (I\'m not there for drug issues, not court-mandated, never failed a test). Office is drab and dreary with poor temperature control.

Horrible communication skills from the receptionists there. Have been calling for weeks to make an appointment for my mental health medications and in the meantime of not being contacted I\'ve run out of my medications. I\'ve told them on several messages that I\'m having negative side effects and sometimes have gotten a seizure in the past but they do not care apparently. Having a seizure because of abruptly stopping my 3 medications is horrible and uncalled for. How about they start caring about their patients and doing what\'s expected from a DOCTORS OFFICE!!!!

If I could, I would give negative 5 stars. Don\'t even waste your time. Office staff and nurse very friendly and nice. The \"Dr.\" Dionna McFerrin, is the type that will tell you \"OK, so we\'re all good here. I\'ll see you in a month then.\" Then a month later 20 mins. before your appointment, she has the office staff call you and say that she will no longer be seeing you as a patient because she has \"issues with the medication you\'re on.\" (I am on anxiety medication) Doesn\'t even give you time to find a new Dr. 1st. Incredibly unprofessional at very least.
