Although I Love My Provider Felicia, The Business And Office Itself I Cant STAND ! EACH month i have to call over and over for my meds amd MOST OF THE time you cant even get ahould of someone. Or yoir always being put on hold . they need new people in the front asap or more employees i shouldn't have to go wirhout my meds each month bc of thier communication skilss Suck REALLY getting tiredd of this place .

Please avoid this place at all costs. The staff is not welcoming or hospitable at all to patients or visitors. My friend, who is a patient here, and I showed up early because we were recommended that we do so. My friend sat in a very warm room by himself and became irritable. The staff just passed the buck to the doctor that was supposed to be speaking with him, who ended up treating someone before him that had a later appointment. He then proceeded to arrive 10 minutes late for his appointment with my friend and offered no apology.My advice: This office needs to get its act together by working on its hospitality and professionalism because the lack of both are glaring issues that need to be addressed immediately.

The only reason they are receiving 1 star is because I can't leave a 0 star review. I am a caregiver for a gentleman with several disabilities, which limit his ability to perform certain commands on a whim. His last two or three visits with the clinic, he has been harassed by the staff that he could not fulfil a "requirement" of his appointment, when we have it noted in his file that we must be notified 24 hours in advance because of special circumstances. We never receive notification, and these people who are supposed to be treating my patient's PTSD and anxiety are in fact triggering it by threatening his ability to see the doctor and withhold medications that are necessary to my patient's daily quality of life. I am appalled at the significant lack of care to the mental health of a patient that this facility actually has. We will not be returning, and I will be spreading the word at how awful this olace actually is.

Today was my first appt here and it was wonderful. When scheduling an appt. I was already anxious due to running out of medication (not my error) and expecting weeks out for appts. The receptionist was very eager to help me. She worked some magic and got me in in less than a week. The buliding is very nice, clean, and spacious. Client privacy is of the utmost importance it seems, which is very important to me. The staff was so nice and proffesional. Gloria Briggs the Dr., was amazing. She has a great bedside manner, asks great questions, and really listens! My prescriptions and prior auth for insurance was IMMEDIATLEY sent over and my medication was ready at no charge instantly. If this experience is any indication of what I have to look forward to in the future I'll be one happily medicated and clear minded camper. Great job!

first of al this place is horrible. the staff is very unprofessional the psych docs don't do anything but throw pills at you and send you bout your business. there is no hospitality from the staff or doctors plus i rather talk face to face not via satellite
