the staff claims that they are #1 the best inpatient treatment in Washington State but with the staff who claims to be a supervisor but is extremely rude. I am 33 years old and It was my first time in treatment I was not on my medications and was having a hard time controlling my anxiety and my head was throbbing I was literally having a panic attack. The staff member felt I was being rude but I continuously said I was not trying to be rude or disrespectful but she continuously argued with me to the point I was given my bags and told to leave. I am very shocked that a staff member who works in a inpatient facility that claims to be #1 and helps people work threw trama and grief can not even act grown enough not to argue with the clients and even after I told her that I appologize and I am having anxiety issues and I am not on my medication she still insisted on standing there telling me I was talking to her rude and disrespectful then telling me to pack my things and leave... I do not recommend this facility to anyone who has anxiety depression or any mental health disabilities...

Overall Prosperity is focused on continual improvement of patient care. Each admitting client is assigned to a primary clinician who will act as their guide during their service stay. All staff carry training in dual diagnosis care, with more than fifty percent of staff holding dual licensure-- as well as having an onsite Psychiatric ARNP. The clinical team is fully integrated team who all work to create a client centered experience. Currently Prosperity offers opportunity to develop use of mindfulness strategies, use of holistic grounding. However would like to move towards further inclusion including use of holistic offerings within client free time and leisure activities.

the staff claims that they are #1 and the best in Washington State but with the staff like Desiree who claims to be a supervisor I am suprised they get any clients at all. I am 33 years old and it was my first time in treatment I have anxiety and depression and I was not on my medications when I turned myself into treatment. I was having a hard time controlling my anxiety and had an extreme headache. the room on the other side of mine was watching a movie super loud and my bed was right next to the wall. at about 9pm I was told it was time to go to sleep and After about a half hour I couldn't handle it anylonger I looked for a staff memeber to request that the tv be turned down and I ran into Desiree I requested that whatever that noise was I would greatly appriciate it being turned down. Desiree felt I was being rude and disrespectful she started to argue with me even thought I continuousely said I was not trying to be rude or disrespectfulI I am having an anxiety attack and have a headache and I am not on my medications but I still was not trying to be rude or disrepectful she continued to tell me that I was and that she is the facility and I can just pack my things and leave if I dont like it I said that I again wasnt being rude but if she wants me to leave I will I was given my bags and was told to pack I can not believe that the staff is allowed to argue with the clients who are in an inpatient facility who are not on their medications and who are saying they are not trying to be rude. instead of being professional and walking away or handling the situation and then telling me that I was being rude and to please watch the way I talk to people... I can not believe that it is ok for this behavior people are going threw alot when they enter treatment and for the staff not to have any consideration I could have just freaked out and went all crazy and since I wasn't on my medication I would have been justified but I didn't I tryed to stay calm as I was being argued with by an adult who claims to be professional and helps people that are dealing with greif and trauma... I am shocked I do not recommend anyone with mental health disabilities , anxiety, or depression to ever go to this facility

Trust the Process! It works!!! I arrived at Prosperity broken, full of despair, in denial and desperate. During my short 2 months there, I found my will to live, processed things that had kept me a prisoner in my own mind and learned how to like/love myself by changing my core beliefs. Today I have boundaries, am true to myself and my recovery, have a relaionship with my son and continue to grow. Thank you Prosperity People!!! I love each and every staff member! I have been to 7 different treatment facilities and I definitely learned more about myself and my addiction at Prosperity than all the others combined! The Staff is awesome, all of them, I saw another review by a disgruntled patient, SS , that claimed that the room next to her had the TV on too loud!?! HAHA! O.K. except for one minor detail, there are NO TV's in any of the rooms and there are only 2 movies on Sat and one on Sunday watched in the dayroom, and the last movie starts at 6:30. And Desiree is awesome! She's worked there for a LONG time, and she is very compassionate about helping people that WANT recovery. And she tells it like it is, but she's not going to kick someone out unless they break a major rule or is acting out in a way that would jeporadise other patients recovery. Oh, and there are smoke breaks throughout the day.Tina, Tamie, Darla, Delana, Derick, Des, Heather, Liz, Chastity and David helped me save my life and gave me the tools, knowledge, courage, and support to stay clean. So if you are ready to get clean, and willing to put in the work then based on my personal experience I HIGHLY recommend Prosperity.
