This is the worst place ever. They do not care about your well being all they care about is getting the money and u out the door. I got kicked out for defending myself and the other person didn't get kicked out when she was the one starting the whole stuff anyways so for me defending myself I got kicked out even tho I had tried over an over to avoid the situation and told the lady up front about it and my cansoler weeks prior to when the fight actually happened when the people there knew about the situation to begin with not one of them tried to stop it so to say I got into a fight and the girl got what she deserved anyways but I still got kicked out of there and clearly in the agreement that u sign when u start they are suppose to detox u out for 10 days well that didn't happen so they don't care if u suffer or not I recommend if u can find somewhere else to go I would. The new place i go to now is great!! Very nice respectful people there they also have coffee an water and phone chargers in case u need them while u wait when at ARS u could NOT even have your Cell phone out. I wouldn't go back to that place if it was the last place on earth. And you're suppose to see your cansoler once a month which that never happens. And in March I had 3 seizures and a stroke and ended up flat lining and was in a coma an on a ventilator due to my heart I had to come home with a piccline in and was NOT AT ALL suppose to be around a lot of people due to it could have put me back in the hospital did ARS care no they sure did not they put me around all the sick people and everything. When u 1st start there they make u feel like they really care but after going a while u see that all changes. And there drug test are unreal u can be clean but they ALWAYS have false positives something u gotta watch for too. I had taken 2 percocet that I had a prescription for and it came back as cocaine in my system so they took my take homes away because of that and I had even brought my meds in to show them and everything. They are rude as hell there and if u need help that's not the place to go cause they do not care about your actual well being. This place should be closed down and reopened with all new better people. The ONLY reason I went there was because it was convenient and closer to home but I rather drive the little extra way to get real help where nicer better stuff are and that are really trying to help u. So if u have the little extra time for somewhere else to go that's what I would recommend if your seriously want help cause u will not get that help at ARS.

This place is great to go to if you have nowhere else to go to get treatment for opiate abuse. Please go somewhere else before going here. It is extremely expensive, I went from paying 20$ a week in Delaware to 115$ a week here. It is all about the money & they don't even attempt to hide it. I have never gotten the vibe whatsoever that these people actually give a damn about helping me. The only person I have anything good to say about is my counselor. She's awesome and has do done a lot for me.

It saddens me to know how little this place cares for the patience. Yes speaking from experience. At 115.00 a week you would think the nurses would be nicer. Well Siearra is great. The others no comment. Pretty obvious why they are not working with a constant supervisor . Or the fact at the clinic they do not believe anything you say so they can say anything to you without consequences. And if you do not have 15 $ a day or get three day in debt they do a finance detox. Which they taper your meds fast. The couslers try. But the min they get good they are fired or quite. The one nurse she left then came back she is the absolute worst. Her sincerity is that of a rock. Judges everyone the same. Regardless if you have maintained you sobriety to returning dirty drug test every week she acts like we are all scum. Never good job . It is sad but sometimes you need that.

I own 3 extremely successful businesses and this place is by far ran like a fly by night setup. The business is setup to basically run itself but fights agains itself at every avenue. Unfortunately one would be better off to continue to get high on the drug of their choice than to deal with the superior level of incompetence presented and ran by so many many people who are clueless as to know the first thing about : 1counselors reading off of a sheet that is halfway irrelevant to the whole reason of being there.2: God forbid you get a callback and try to get back in touch with your counselor right away and continue the whole day to even try and reach them to see what it is that they even want in the first place because your call will not be returned whether you left 10 messages on their personal answering machine, call and relay messages from the office a half dozen times or just call literally 15 times in general to find out what the call was for because your call will not be returned until they tell you your screwed because they didn't feel like answering the phone. Furthermore, I've called and left countless messages but am avoided because evidently their extremely incompetent employees make the calls although speaking from myself have gone exceedingly above and beyond in every way and take all steps to go above and beyond to make sure that my compliance is flawless. My reward for that is being avoided for weeks even though I call everyday and leave messages. I would say that's very self explanatory as to what kind of operation this is and will gladly add A LOT more as well. That's just a start. ARS is a joke
