The team here is awesome. I walked in around 10 PM and was received quickly. Everyone was very nice and helpful and comforting. The nurses and Dr were responsive and and receptive. They insured that I understood what was wrong what was happening and what was to be expected. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you team I’m feeling much better now!

I received excellent attention from HCA for my recent and past visits. From the immediate greeting at the door, through preparation, information and follow up on these procedures. Administration, nursing and medical staff were coordinated and communicated well. I will not hesitate to return in the future.

Very impressed with the quality of care my dad is getting from the rehabilitation department here. I like the schedule he is on and how aggressive the physical therapy workers are. Thanks for all they do. Good food too!!

Nice, professional staff who explained in layman\'s terms the pre-op preparations and what to expect after surgery. Comfortable environment. Hope to never have need of surgery again but if that\'s the case I\'ll request to have it here.

When you experience a loved one have a sudden onset of sickness you are in a state of panic and you expect top care from all who will be handling their care. That is exactly what I experienced at HCA in Tomball. My husband was admitted into the hospital due to having chest pains, tightness in his chest and pains across his chest/shoulders as well as numbing sensations in his hands. We were greeted by Doctors and Nurses who were concerned for him and were working towards the common goal of getting him better. With each shift change every Nurse, Technician, Housekeeping Staff Member, Dietary Staff Member introduced themselves, provided stellar service and made sure we were comfortable. I especially appreciated how as each Doctor, Nurse, and Technician spoke with my husband they included me as well. They even encouraged us both to ask questions. They all went above and beyond to make sure instructions were clear and we both understood what was going on concerning his health. The Nurses and Techinicians checked on him every hour to ensure he was comfortable or if anything was needed. Whenever we asked for anything our requests were completed with a smile. It can be difficult to serve the public and not all people are friendly but the staff here helped put my mind at ease because of the service I witnessed them provide to my husband. I knew he was in good hands. From the initial visit to HCA in Jersey Village to the Ambulance Ride to HCA in Tomball and the final admittance in Tomball we are pleased with the process. The staff here helped keep this nervous wife calm because of their amazing care and treatment of my loved one in his time of need

I had surgery there on 6/5/2019. The entire medical staff was Excellent. I wish to give nurse Brandy, a very special Thank you, she was very, very, attentive to me after my surgery. I\'d also like to give Dr. Barkoh, a special Thank you, he\'s an Exceptional, Surgeon, with wonderful bed side ethics. I\'m team Tomball Regional Surgery Center. I highly recommend them. Again. I Thank the entire medical staff.

Kelly and Lisa in the cath lab prep area are amazing. They listened to my concerns, communicated with staff and took great care of me. I was very anxious and emotional and they calmed me but they made it a very positive experience.

My experience was amazing here, I fell down the stairs at my apartments with my 18 month old in my arms, I was taken in by ambulance and the minute I walked it they treated me well, my son was treated like royalty and the nurse Elisabeth made everything better with her jokes, although I was in pain the hospital stay was quick and easy, I stayed at max 1 hr &1/2. They cleaned my wounds and x rayed me in minutes upon arriving regardless of how busy they were, the doctor was phenomenal explained my after care plan. I thought my ankle was broken but it ended up just being sprained, my son is okay and very happy, the nurses gave him applesauce, jello and juice. I highly recommend this hospital.

overall, the experience could have been worse. the staff was helpful at some points. however, they very very irritable, and not very polite in some respects. not to mention the nurse Jayme removed IV needles and disposed of them into an unsecure container.

It was the first time that I could remember being in the heart hospital that is behind the HCA Houston Healthcare Hospital. The three nurses were great, they introduced themselves, made me feel comfortable. The two men that came in, also were fine and made me relax. Dr. Aslam came in, and in less than 20 min. I was awake and drinking a cup of coffee. The procedure is called T.E.E.

Emergency room personnel were great. Efficient, caring and knowledgeable. Cath lab people were the same, especially the cardiologist on call. Most likely saved my life. CCU nurses and technicians were great also. Quality of care when moved to a regular room was also good. My suggestions for improvement are as follows: updates badly needed with new tv’s, remove carpeting from hallways , some updating in bathrooms and food quality was hit and miss. Some good food, some awful food.

I just had to come write a review because I’ve never in my life had such a great experience at an er. I’m 5 months pregnant and as soon as I checked in I was admitted, the staff were so nice and helpful. They quickly began testing everything and I was out of there within an hour feeling 100% better. Thankfully my diagnosis wasn’t anything life threatening and can be cured with the prescription of antibiotics I received. I went into an urgent care before coming here and waited for over an hour before they even checked me in. 10/10 would recommend tomball if your needing immediate attention.

He is very passionate on what he does like i said never had a doctor like him! Great staff as well. I have never had a bad experience in this hospital. But this time was an overall expierence.
