Had our baby here in 2016 and had some wonderful nurses along with an amazing physician! The room was great and comfortable for both of us and the baby. Would definitely go here for future babies!

My personal trips to this ER were always decent. However, my mom's trips are totally opposite. I think the difference is that I have insurance and she doesn't. I am given detailed care aand mom is treated like a piece of meat or a homeless person. It also needs a better cleaning crew. Needs mopped. Whoever cleans is bypassing the corners, which have dust bunnies. I have not had any better experiences at TMC. This area has terrible emergency care. Good family practices though.

How terrible has the quality and care here at WNJ suffered? I have ALWAYS been 100% in support of WNJ. I am an ex employee that still considers many of the employees friends and family. That is why this is so terrible and heart wrenching for me to post. I was discharged as a patient from WNJ yesterday and this was 100% HANDS DOWN the worst experience I have ever had here or at any hospital facility. From being lied to constantly by many staff members from nursing assistants to dietician to nurses, to waiting over 1 1/2 hours on pain medications MULTIPLE TIMES and having to wait well over 2 hours for bath towels. Not to mention my IV infiltrated and the severe pain and swelling was simply ignored by the nurse in charge of my care, when I brought to her attention. My dirty bed sheets were changed Friday, after asking for 2 days. I left there feeling belittled, disrespected, neglected and worst of all, that my health and well-being was of least of WNJ’s concerns. This does not even begin to include the lack of cleanliness, non working or partially working devices within the facility. This review also does not include the size of the bugs within my bathroom either. I have always been 100% pro WNJ. However, y’all have completely let me and the community down by allowing these lower standards to become acceptable practices within your facility. I messaged administration, with no response. Therefore, I am left with no option other than to offer warning to any and all of my fellow community members, to avoid this facility at all cost.

They do not take you seriously here.Made me wait hours when i went and i was confused since my baby had passed away.They made me wait hours plus i did not have any answers had to wait for my obgyn.Never going again in my life here.

3 separate visits, same conclusion. Worst hospital ever. No one knows anything. They wouldn't even tell my husband where I was or update him during my emergency surgery. A few of the nurses were pleasant. I was scolded because a previous nurse blew out my vein which must have meant I was a "hard stick". For over 24 hours, my IV was leaking and no one would fix it. Another nurse got mad at me because I have sleep apnea and my oxygen levels were low from being on my back even with oxygen. The whole place is dirty. I begged the EMTs to take me anywhere else. I wish they would have.

This is the ICU. They have so many doctors and nurses on all shifts and departments and I think none of them talk to each other. The one thing that would bother me is you would ask a nurse or doctor something and they would reply, I don't know I haven't reviewed the chart yet. However they are ready to administer drugs. Not sure why this place hasn't shut down from going broke from malpractice suits

Dr. Bennett in the ER department is one of the rudest doctors i have ever seen. I dont cry or really let things get to me and he let me no real quick i was not a priority. I was admitted earlier in the week and i had a bacterial blood infection and pnemonea. I was told by one of the nurses that took excellent care of me to go to the ER because i still wasnt feeling right and Dr. Bennett said well they all say that rolled his eyes and walked out. I still dont even no whats wrong. If im on my death bed i would never ever go back to this hospital ever again it was humiliating how he treated me like i was nobody.

Absolute worst place. I was taken here after a car accident. The place was more like a circus rather than a hospital. The staff were completely unprofessional ( playing games with each other over the intercom and just overall not taking the situation serious. One of their ER techs even joked about not having a degree!) they also gave an IV for blood work, but didn't get any blood work. This is only the tip of the horrible experience I suffered at this place. Please, if you have family or loved ones that require hospital care, DONOT take them here, or if you have no other choice as with my situation, I strongly suggest not to leave them unattended. I would rate this place 0/5 if it were possible.

When my 6 yr old son had high fever and bad tummy pain one night, I was worried about possible appendicitis. I was also worried I was being an over-acting mom. When we arrived, the nurses were so kind. They made my scared little boy feel comfortable, which helped me too! They got an IV in his tiny arms very easily! Dr. Carter was very thorough. Turned out to be a strep infection. We were back home and on our way to recovery in less than two hours. Great diagnostician! Professional and courteous staff! Thank you WNJ!

I recently had a car wreck in which the air bag deployed. Later, I began having medical issues as a result of the wreck. I live in McKinney and checked several of the local hospitals and all had long wait times. While online I saw that WNJ had an online scheduling program(very easy ). I scheduled a time to be seen and my husband and I headed that way. Once I arrived at the hospital they were quick to see me. Every person I came in contact with from the front desk person to the nurses and doctor were extremely kind and professional. They took care of my symptoms and I was in and out within 40 minutes. My husband & I can’t say thank you enough to everyone that helped us.

Was hospitalized two times and have been trying to make payment plans for these outrageous bills. Been calling multiple times to reach accounting to set up payment plans but no one is answering and their message box is always full. I get a letter my bills will be sent to a collections agency if i do not make contact in 30 days. I am so stressed out from dealing with Wilson and Jones that I wish i would of just suffered instead of seeked out their "help".

A joke

I most say that every since my mom got sick in this hospital and they said nothing was wrong but my mom was still fighting with them saying something was... later found out that she could have died.....I never liked WNJ. I'm here now for 6-7 hours, they have tooken blood work, I've asked for the doctor SERVERAL times (haven't been seen). They haven't told me anything about my results but im now being told they are preparing for my discharge.... Really!!!! Yall are a joke
