They are not medically equipped to handle detoxing . After my husband spent 10 days in hospital detoxing (springboard sent him the 3rd day ) springboard refused to let him come back to finish the rehab . Claims didnt think he was physically strong enough ?! Even dr in his report stated unethical . A man voluntarily goes to rehab then told no ..very disappointing

The format will only let me review as a low as a 1 star. Let me preface my answer with, you need to be entirely screwed up to start treatment at this place. If you voluntarily come here and want a quick detox vs a long drawn out outpatient treatment then this is not the place. You will feel like a criminal, you will be living with male/female counterparts, you will feel like you are a detriment to society, you will feel like the scum of the earth, you will be strip searched, even though you came on your own fruition. Not only did my wife decide to get off of pills on her own, she sought treatment for the same. We have been seeing a doctor that wanted to start Soboxone and after 1 year taper down, we wanted a quick detox and 30 day treatment to feeling like she has broken the law for even being there. I think religion is great when searching for a higher power, but please do not force that religion on a person looking for a quick detox. I’m sure this has worked for a lot of people, but to be made to feel like a criminal when you aren’t one is criminal in itself.

This facility is irresponsible & negligent with their patients. Letting both Men & Women develop relationships at a time when they need to focus on themselves. A female loved one recently visited this facility for her alcohol issues, and was aloud to check herself out within 14 days, with a male convicted felon meth user (also part of the Aryan Brotherhood). They let this relationship happen and the leading supervisor was even told by the male to not get in the way of his new love and essentially was bullied into letting this happen. How can someone focus on themselves and their issues if they are being hounded by men without supervision all day & night? Protect your loved ones from this incredibly irresponsible facility. Following this innocent, our loved one nearly flipped their world around while being manipulated in a very vulnerable emotional state by this person. I cannot stress enough don\'t let your loved one into this facility, you are opening up Pandora\'s box for more issues than prior.

My mother called my counselor Greg to see about outpatient for me while I was hospitalized and without a phone. He said: how is Doraelia? Is she dead yet? Then proceeded to tell her If I really wanted help I’d be the one to reach out. When I reported this it was denied and said Greg would never do this. So it wasn’t even believed. We are reporting to the director. This is extremely harmful. While in there I was told I was an addict who would lie about anything and turn into Jekyll and other harmful beliefs. They require you to go thru the 5th step to graduate which means writing down all your trauma and your part in your trauma and telling all Your deepest shameful past stuff to a person who is pretty much a stranger to you. A govt run facility should Not get away with that.
