It is no exaggerations to say Mesa Springs saved my life. I enrolled in the outpatient programs due to debilitating anxiety and depression. In 5 weeks the doctors got my medications balanced and taught me coping mechanisms and remolded my thinking habits. EVERY single person on staff there was pleasant. The food was great and the daily therapy and curriculum is so organized and well thought out. I would 100% recommend Mesa Springs to anyone struggling.

Innovations is a wonderful place. Both my twins got help from the many, awesome staff members at the facility. They are truly concerned with your children's well being and helping them react and "just be" in this cruel world. They provided transport to and from my house every day. They have wonderful incentives inside the program to have the children try their hardest to become the best they can be and learn some good coping skills. Hands down- best counseling and behavioral facility I've ever known. Thank you so much for being available for my kids!

I would not give one star but it was the only way to review this place. After working tirelessly trying to get my niece in this facility, it ended up being all about the money. Money over mental health. My niece has good insurance and they still required $5,000 down just to get her in the door. I'm disgusted with how our society runs today. Seems only the super rich can get the help they need. Forget the working class or even worse, people who live in poverty.

I cannot ever repay these caring people for helping me to save my own life. Many say the center saved their lives, but I prefer to say they gave the tools and the rest is up to me. The blessings are daily and plentiful. A great big thank you for everything!!! I came in on a Wednesday expecting to go inpatient. I was upset when I was not able to go in, as I was not critical enough. That was hard to comprehend; once I thought about it, I chose PHP. I also wanted to stay for IOP, but insurance was not forgiving. The groups, therapists, nurses, doctors, and front office staff (Kristen) are wonderful people. I NEVER felt like I was imposing when I wanted to talk to someone. The doctors are top notch at helping relieve the pain and torment, and guiding patients to be open and honest without condemnation. The group members are my friends for life. My therapists are genuinely concerned about each and every one of us. Others are horrible and do not care. Yes, the food is great! . I am hopeful that one day, there will be recovery centers like Mesa all over the nation. This is THE place for those who really want help. Never give up!!!

This place is an insurance scam. Staff has no idea what they are doing and is nothing more than a lockdown clinic to get the max payment from your insurance and then kick you to the street. Went threw a 3 hour intake process. Where staff could not give quality answers to my questions. I am a heart patient and must have nitro on my person at all times they took it from me and I had to fight to get it back when leaving. Before you go back they screen you with a metal detector. They took my money clip leather with a metal state seal on it considered to be too dangerous to go back along with my nitro yet the the staff member completely missed the pin knife in my left hand pocket in their foolishness. The poorly trained nurse came in had misread my medical history and wanted me to go to the ER for heart attack/stroke I was having no issues what a joke. Then the intake person came had not read any of my paperwork and he turn out to be nothing but a non attended unsupervised intern. Then 45 min's. later came in with with a iPad and a woman who claimed to be a psychiatrist with no proof. Ripped my PCP for my cocktail of med's had no understanding I am a severe RA patient with mild to moderate tremors and a heart patient. Because she failed to read my med. history! Wanted me inpatient I declined as I had detected the scam. Then begged for out patient but none could explain the course of treatment? I again declined and tried to explain I was seek one treatment for mild to moderate depression turns out they don't do this. Followed me to the door begging me to stay and what great insurance I had. Stay away from this place there is no true help here just greedy money seekers and all unprofessional behavior. Here the inmates run the prison; nothing but a joke and a scam! Note my wife and I are both medical with 25 to 30 experience I was so disgusted I wanted to vomit!

I wouldn’t even give this horrible facility any stars if google would allow such a thing. Just spent a week here, I was denied doctor access when I needed a medical doctor to help me with some physical issues and symptoms. Working with our techs that help us through the day are liking having divorced parents, you have to manipulate them to get anything done and then when you ask for something they scream at you. I had an incredible issue trying to talk to my nurses on a regular basis about meds and side effects. I was told I would receive a print out of information on new drugs - that never happened. And when I did ask for info they had to google it on phones they weren’t supposed to have. I had a therapist there who would text during group. Very uncomfortable feeling that maybe he was laughing about us to someone else. To wrap up my week and prepare for discharge, I was never spoken to about outpatient plans and when I asked to speak to some one I was told, “I’ve already set it up”, yet I was never told a date or time for my first day. Nor did I receive paperwork about outpatient. On the day of discharge, I was told I would see the head of physiatrists to finalize my scripts - also never happened. And when I left and went to the pharmacy they were, of course, wrong. Again there are better hospitals to receive help at. Don’t do it y’all.

Took my wife here to get an “assessment” because we couldn’t find her a psychiatrist. Had a eerie feeling just walking inside. Once they called my wife back they refused to let me go back with her even though my wife insisted. After about 45 mins of me waiting they finally called me back and put me into the room where my wife was. My wife was shaking and crying hysterically. She said after about 5 mins of just talking the lady immediately insisted on inpatient. The lady returned and I told her if we could just get my wife’s anxiety and panic under control we could focus on the other things since those 2 were the most problematic. The lady kept berating me and my wife telling me I was making a mistake and that it was going to take forever for us to find her a psychiatrist. It was either inpatient or nothing from them is what she said. They kept trying to force it down our throats and making me and my wife very uncomfortable about the whole place. After arguing with her for about 45 mins she finally got up and said “it’s your decision. You’re the one hanging over the edge of a cliff. Not me” and went and got the paperwork for us to decline treatment. So. If anyone is thinking of going here, consider this. Would you want your significant other, child, siblings, family in a place that talks this way to people? This is how the staff is. All about the money. Funny thing is, once I got my wife home I found a psychiatrist that could get her in the following week. Needless to say Mesa springs separate and conquer techniques did not work and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Keep trying to find the help you need. It will come. Avoid this place as long as possible.

I stayed inpatient there and, at the time, thought the services were exactly what they claimed to be. But I did find hair in my food and plastic in a sandwich during my 10 day stay as in inpatient. I also found out, retroactively, that the medications I was given inpatient were somewhat dangerous for some of my preexisting health conditions. No one told me that the medicine I was taking daily had the (potential) side effect of closing one's trachea. I am glad I had my breathing machine there to help me. Another needs to monitored in the blood. I was never blood tested during my 10 day stay as an inpatient. Another, I was informed by my new doctor, that you have to have a pulse of at least 60, or you should not take it. This might explain why I later fainted in public at the grocery store! I literally thought that I was going crazy. Now I will review their IOP. The aspect that is the most frustrating is that they will say they will call you back about paperwork or other issues, or allow you to see a dr, or nurse, and then they DO NOT. They bounce you until Thurs, then tell you it will be taken care of on Monday, and the cycle repeats again. It is very difficult to trust the staff in this respect. They clearly do not respect their clients, and surely see them mostly as MONEY. My insurance is very good, so I am cleared for IOP for well over a month. While others may get a week at the most. When they come to you inpatient, they describe IOP (INTENSIVE outpatient program) as a place where you will receive therapy 3 hours a day and receive medical services as well. The medical services are questionable. I did not see the same individual every time, and it has been impossible to get them to listen to me regarding my concerns about the absolute ton of medication that I am now taking. I have no idea how this has happened to me, I am worse off than I was when I went in. And I am a first time patient, first time taking psych meds, and they have at least 8 medications that I am supposed to take. I am extremely sedated and fearful of driving a car due to the condition that the medication puts me in, much less be able to work! Additionally, I have no short term memory now. I have looked for my keys for 10 minutes only to find them in my pocket. Very frightening for a young woman who has never had memory issues. All of the counselors in IOP are LPC interns. Which is absolutely fine. But, depending on the one you get, you may experience extreme competence or a total lack thereof. All of this being said, I am sadly told that Mesa is the best hospital in town. WHEW! Good luck, everyone. You can get through this, but maybe not at Mesa?

I recently was in the adolescent inpatient program here and it was okay I guess. Overall my stay was fine, the food however almost always made me nauseas. I enjoyed the groups and found them helpful. I didn’t like that I couldn’t at least hug other patients even of the same gender. I felt that the program did help but I knew I needed to stay longer. I wasn’t feeling as depressed or suicidal as when I first came but I still felt that I needed more time. When my physiatrist told me on Friday that I’d be discharging the next day I wanted to cry. Not from joy but from worry. I still did not trust myself and I was afraid of trying to do something. So on Saturday I talked to dr.alvi and told her I needed more time and that I wasn’t ready to leave just yet. She didn’t listen to what I had to say. The whole time I was talking to her I felt as if I was being ignored, no matter what I said. A few hours later I was crying because I knew I was going to have to leave. Then they packed me up and I went home crying all the way. Now I have to go to innovations so I guess there’s that. Isn’t being depressed so much fun?

April 2019 Read the reviews on them only wanting your money! They are so true. An assessor spent 20 min asking my daughter questions off a sheet of paper, determined she needed 8 days of in patient treatment. I asked to see a true dr. She had left for the day so they teleconferenced a Dr on the Ipad to talk to my daughter for a few min. My daughter couldn’t even understand her. She recommended in patient treatment. They had the paperwork ready quickly and was basically like just sign here. Wait a minute.... they hadn’t even discussed payment arrangements or anything. You have had my daughter for a whole 30 min and want to admit her for 8 days to try some therapy and put her on meds? i asked tons of questions about the facility and treatment regimen. Then asked if I could talk to the business office about the financial side. Guy came in and explained its almost $900 a day and that doesn’t include any 3rd party billing from physicians visits. Are you kidding me!? After talking it over with the Mrs we decided to decline and told them we will set up more testing and work with another center we are already working with. Thats when he brought in his manager to try and close the deal. Felt more like a car sales pitch and it never felt like it was all about my daughter. I have really good group insurance and understand its an easy payday for them but this was ridiculous. We even told them our plans on continuing with this other center that we have history with and we find out the next day THEY CALLED CPS ON US! We pride ourselves on being the best loving, caring, and providing parents we can be so this was a huge slap in the face. They had no basis for their claim. Both me and the wife totally feel this was retaliation. Be aware. Its definitely a situation were they can play on your ultimate vulnerability- getting help for your child and they will do what ever it takes to sell you on it.

While I've heard this place is good from actually several others who actually work in the medical / mental health fields - which alone is impressive, I had feared the 'billing side' would try to get the most money they could from an adult relative, still in college and has almost no money to call her own. I hate to be proved right, but dr and "assessor" felt based on my relative's situation (graduating from college and has internship) that if she could manage to do at least 1 week of intensive outpatient followed by lower level IOP, that this would be good for her. Dr actually was torn between whether she needed to do the intensive outpatient at all, but nice assessor said kindly that she felt relative would benefit from at least 1 week intensive We stressed her financial limitations. All were agreed & I was on my way to being very impressed until today - the billing department who has NO merit in 'assessing' someone INSISTED her down payment must be based on 2 weeks, said their 'policy' is mandatory 2 weeks. This is exactly the bull that I feared - bait and switch, let's try to milk the patient tactic I abhor!!. Since WHEN did the doctor used by "Mesa Springs' and the ASSESSOR's assessment of what was NEEDED while understanding her financial limitations mean NOTHING because of GREEDY HOSPITAL BILLING dept. For those who can muster the money, for what it is worth, the place itself, outside of billing sounds promising. I'll update review after we see how things go.

Only giving this one star because it does not allow for a lower score. I came in with my granddaughter was recommended inpatient it was still during regular business hours as it was Tuesday at 1:45pm I asked what the cost would be the girl said she would have domine from the business office come in I waited. A few long mins later a girl came in way underdressed to be a business office Professional and told me cost I paid in full fogetting I had met the family deductible already which she just charged me again. A few weeks go by I see the claim was paid by ins and I’m due a refund I called and was told refund process I said I’m aware of the refund process a young gentleman who works the business office in the evenings told me they wait for the claims to file and process it’s been two months now and still no refund I call and leave messages for the manager Chris Lawson and he never returns the call. Seems the one one that was helpful in that office was the young gentleman.

Someone that I love very much was admitted into the adolescent wing of this hospital and the doctors and staff took very good care of them. They felt safe and cared for during their entire stay and the facility was very nice and clean. Visitation is every day which really put my mind at ease. My 18 year old was diagnosed three different illnesses by the same doctor Last time he put on her on Vraylar which is for bipolar 1 He said she has bipolar 2 (which she doesn't} They sent her home with a severe reaction to Vraylar I noticed it with minute's of her being home I called the place 7 times that night all i could get was obh she has been discharged from here you need to take her to the ER The ER said they dont have qualified doctors here she can go back to the hospital. I took her to her psychiatrist to get her on a drug to counteract the Vraylar. The company who makes the drug told me she should not have been on it at all as it is for bipolar 1 only She came looking like she had torettes I called the patients advocate 3 times never got a reply . She still has tremors 4 months after the fact and can be permanent So if I noticed it as soon as she walked through the door why didn't the staff or doctor notice ????? I have been asking for someone to call me to get an answer why they sent her home like that Crickets.. .I have been advised to also report this so called doctor to the medical board Texas is no place to have a mental illness that is for sure

BEWARE!!! This place only wants your money! Staff is incredibly unhelpful and downright rude! Went in for an assessment and was told that outpatient would be fine for me. Lady left the room for a minute and then said that I needed inpatient.. WHAT?? Why the change?? I declined and was told that I could start the outpatient and someone would get back with me the next day. NO ONE DID! I had to call them back to inquire. Was told that since I declined the inpatient that I would have to do another re-assessment. WHY??? Just did it 2 days ago.. nothing has changed. Any why the heck can't SOMEONE tell me why it changed from "it's fine to do the outpatient" to now I need the inpatient??? Trying to get more money out of my insurance are we?? Very disappointed! Aren't you guys supposed to be here to help me.. not hinder me?? Try going somewhere else where they might ACTUALLY care about the patient!!

I stayed in Mesa springs for 8 days due to depression and other issues. I always felt safe, staff and doctors were very respectful and caring of everyone. My psychologist Helped me with my meds so I was able to sleep through the night in the first time in months and feel relaxed during the day. Saw a therapist, psychiatrist , and medical doctor everyday. Rooms were very clean and nice. Food was good and there were always nice snacks and drinks available through out the day and night. If you didn’t like the menu for that day you could substitute for a chef salad (was great), grilled cheese, baked potatoes, etc. The Dr. pepper out of the machine was amazing, lol. Great schedule of events through the day...even played family feud once. Always had access to a phone to call home if needed. Staff made sure everyone had resources available when released. I highly recommend this place, I was scared to death checking in but I have to say I had a great stay and learned a lot.

Where do I start. For the sake of anonymity I don't plan on giving any identifying information. My child was 'accepted' into their PCP program at their Keller location; all that seems to really mean is that our insurance covered it and they had an opening in one of their groups to place them in. During our time here we had the same therapist and 'teacher' for class but went through two psychiatrists as the first one left the program. Within the first week of this program my child was given medication, no diagnosis just medication. Home sheet notes were ignored in regard to concerns about medication side effects and behavior attributed to them. Requests to speak with the doctors went unreturned, on several occasions. School time was a joke, my kid is so far behind now it's absurd, it's unacceptable. Group therapy seemed more like social hour; it was very obvious. I question how monitored the children are in this program due to the incidents we experienced and due to comments from staff members. My child is quite impressionable and seeks the attention and approval of others so they kept seeking that. (Think personality disorder type stuff.) When voicing this issue to the 'team' it went unheard. Yes, they have you do family sessions that are okay but that is just to check the boxes for your insurance. None of the sessions felt productive. By the time we were done with this program they were on four medications- while no diagnosis had been made, mind you this is weeks after the first script is written. After seeing our doctor once completing this they informed us that the symptoms that were constantly written on their home sheet was medication induced. Since making the changes suggested and cutting the medication down life has been so much better in that aspect. However, I feel like the program was a detriment more than an aid. Mentally my child is no better than before. I feel like they're just collecting insurance money and pushing pills. The staff did not seem motivated to do much at all.

Their intake department can’t get it together I called yesterday morning and then was scheduled to come in at 1:30 the next day since they said that was the only time they had for an assessment I call in the evening and their manager says that you can do what walk-ins but they recommend making appointments and they can’t guarantee a bed when the other person the day before he told me that they had they most likely would have beds available the next day since they do discharges we’re going to have a few discharges the next day then she tells me that she doesn’t see anybody going home and can I guarantee that there would be a bed available for my son I message them through their online portal and they told me different that I can also walk in and don’t need an appointment and best times to come over between 10 AM and two for walkins and assessments as people discharged between those times I show up drove over 67 miles one way in the morning at 8:30 to have my son assessed explained that the therapist said that she cannot work with him one on one until he is admitted inpatient first based off all the information I provided via phone to her and they turned around and said that he’s going to need IOP I said that’s not going to work for me driving him every day 67 went one way and 67 miles back another way so she help me locate two other options near me mind you I live in a rule area with very little mental health services in my area they said that the program that she recommended me to only takes children out at 13 and older and my son is only 12 so once more I’m back to square one with no services and no help or intervention for my son and now the state is involved but no support or services are being provided for him And also I was really concerned that the person that they did the assessment didn’t even bother to look at his check marks only made checkmarks and compare him it’s obvious that he is in denial and denied that he has no problem as he said that he has no problems at all and how they failed completely to see how manipulative he is She clearly is not trained enough to see that that’s a symptom those are symptoms he’s having already but apparently they don’t care about our family safety as he has threatened his 9 month old sister and 5 yr old brother and our family does not feel safe So apparently my son is pretty safe and not bad enough to be admitted and they don’t care that family feels unsafe and in danger with him in the home. Don’t bother driving up there for children services As big as Texas is you’re better off looking for other options and doing your research at other places this place is not as great as people think it is there’s more options and I have located one in Houston that I’m willing to even find out and see if they’re willing to help my son since this facility doesn’t think he needs help If you look in take the time to look at all the reviews much about 90% of the reviews are from adults so therefore you can see their emphasis in focus is really adults not children

A friend was here for a few days because of an anxiety disorder, you would think that they wouldn't allow aggressive or threatening behavior but not the case. This predator would walk around behind anyone he could scare a little and get his kicks. the staff was aware but nothing was done. so me friend left worse than when she entered.

Kiddo was there for 10 days and honestly loved it. I no longer worry they won’t ask for help when needed after staying at Sundance for 4 days- we pulled them from there after they failed to provide basic bedding after 4 days. Mesa staff goes above and beyond, the facility is clean and beautiful, the quality of care is above norm for the area. This is so far the only facility in the area that I can commend. Their visitation for adolescents is also a step above and can really help put families at ease.

My PCP recommended a PHP program for my depression and anxiety because meds weren’t working and I couldn’t function properly - I came to Mesa Springs because I knew that it was the best psych hospital in north Texas. I did the assessment, submitted FMLA to my work, came in for my first day and filled out the ungodly amount of paperwork... THEN they told me that I needed to put down at least 50% of my quoted bill after insurance (which was about $1,300). I asked them if we could work out a payment plan because I don’t have that kind of money - I don’t even have the money to pay my mortgage this month. They said that they couldn’t do a payment plan, and that in order to start the program I needed to pay $1,300. WHY could they have not told me this on the front end???? They SHOULD HAVE told me this on the front end - not the day I was supposed to start the program. I worked up the courage to admit that I need help, told my boss, submitted my FMLA paperwork and everything... I was EXCITED to get help. They literally just sent me home after agreeing that I needed a PHP program. All this place cares about is MONEY - they don’t care about you.

They failed to return my medicine to me after a 2 and a half hour intake. I was not notified until 30 minutes later (which is how long it took me to get to there facility). Now, they cannot find them! I have taken my medicine religiously for 8 years. I want to get better, not worse.

To me this was the Hilton of all places you could ever go. They have their schedule packed full of activities and therapeutic sessions all day long with wonderful food amazing staff and truly caring Physicians and nurses and technicians. Also smoking breaks and many of them for those of the nervous wreck type! Look no further there is nothing like and I've been to any trust me. Mesa Springs is the best by far.

Mesa springs is a top of the line facility. This place really cares about people. They have amazing staff and top of the line therapists. Misty England is the best therapist I have ever encountered. She really knows how to help patients and help push them to reach their goals. This lady was such a blessing in ways that I can't describe. To the two business office people who helped me with my insurance questions and helped me set up payments both Jason and Jocelyn are great understanding people they took the time to explain what my insurance covers and understood I’m not made of money and went above and beyond to ensure we were put on an affordable payment plan. When my daughter discharged she was completely different and I can’t thank this hospital enough.

I have heard really great things about this place, and I was in Sundance for 9 days, and they didn't help me at all, I was told that if I need to be inpatient again, to go to Mesa Springs, so there is a possibility I'll be showing my face there (hopefully not). My therapist told me that she loves your facility and that I should be taken there if anything were to happen.

I was admitted in Mesa Springs in December 2017, left in February 2018. Also I took there outpatient treatment which is why I was there for so long. Dr. Keller was my psychiatrist and Sarah Fong was my therapist. Two AWESOME people. They are the most loving and caring people I know in this field. I recommend Mesa Springs to anyone who needs help with depression, anxiety, suicide, etc. You will get what you put in to the program but all I can say is they helped me out a lot and I'm alive not Dead!!! From the moment I made initial contact to see what our options were for Chris, the lady on the phone was very helpful. I did not know what to expect when we got to Mesa Springs on 10/28. The front desk lady was very helpful and nice, the therapist, doctor, and other staff were so nice as well to help Chris prepare for the fact that he was not going back home with us that evening. The first day was tough, but we had the opportunity to visit Chris and eat lunch with him and have some free time with the family as well. He was so sad, but after the first couple of days he started to interact with others. The therapist and nurse would call me and keep me up to date on how Chris was progressing in therapy. There was an incident where his clothes were missing from the laundry and I mentioned this to a staff member and she assured me that his clothes would be returned. About two days later, he had his clothes. We never would have thought that our son would be suicidal let alone end up in an inpatient hospital. I am glad we did not take him out of there and gave Mesa Springs the chance to help him. He was in there a little over a week and it was such a relief to know that bullying would not take our son from us and he is learning daily how to deal with bullies. Thank you Mesa Springs and all your staff for the support and kindness you showed our family and helping Christopher and us through the most difficult challenge we have had to face as a family. I'm not good at being super descriptive or anything, but, to be honest, even if I didn't enjoy being told I absolutely needed inpatient treatment, my entire stay there was really good. I mean, sure, I didn't ever get to play on the Xbox 360, and the multivitamin they gave me everyday tasted terrible, but that's pretty much the extent of what I didn't enjoy about the place. Other than that, I pretty much loved it. I loved having a break from life and being removed from responsibilities for a week, I loved that trained professionals were taking care of me and helping me with my mental health, the place was very clean, they allow personal hygiene items and comfort items, the food was great and we got to watch TV while we ate, and, honestly, while I probably did have a couple of very depressive moments or episodes, the vast majority of the week I spent there was a very pleasant experience. Shoutout to Lynette Morales (Idk if I spelled her name correctly) from Mansfield Counseling for recommending this place for me! Thank you so much!

After overcoming my fear of committing myself to going through outpatient treatment, I was glad to find an intelligent, compassionate staff. From the reception desk, to the psychiatrists and counselors, to the AMAZING kitchen staff- each member of Mesa helped make a difficult journey more bearable. I still go to the 'Alumni Meetings', when i can, to receive encouragement from others who are coping and surviving. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! Keep your heads up, folks!!

They do an excellent job of keeping someone safe, diagnosing accurately, treating both medical and emotional concerns, and doing all this in a warm and compassionate environment. This place was horrible lol. Aight fr I went here this is a fake email first of all but who else remembers booty juice they stick you with a needle that calms you down if you get a little crazy. I was threatened to be killed here by another patient he was crazy. I wanted to stay at first but then they wouldn't even let me leave I was like this ain't working and they really wouldn't let me leave what kinda bs is that. It's like prison you get certain phone times you only get to go outside like an hour a day. I was rooming with a kid that had a coke addiction which is okay but he was dreaming about killing people he legit told me, I asked are you going to try to kill me he said nah you're cool. Their fuze tea was the only thing I liked I got free cups and socks also nice. Thing that also really sucked is we had like music therapy and everyone of the songs we recommended even if they were family friendly she didn't play. For art therapy I wrote 666 and they said what does that mean to you I said happiness lmao. I got to play the Xbox tho that was lit a Xbox 360 we paid a ton a ton of money to come here the least you can do is upgrade to an Xbox one. Last day I was there I was so happy to get out I was scratching my name into like the arm peice to be remembered I guess and this mesa spring lady said I'm going to make you stay for long you better quit I legit cried. I'm a man I swear but the thought of being here for another day was horrible. I only got one thing to say thanks for you did decent on my meds I didn't feel anything I was so messed up from them TBH.

I was there for 7 days. They treat you with respect and they are very caring. I was told by several people I'm lucky I got transferred to mesa springs because it is one of the nicest. I recommend this place, its very helpful and they try their best to make you feel comfortable and at home. And they have visitation everyday, so that's a plus.

I am extremely pleased with the care I received during my voluntary stay here. The facility is brand new and immaculate. The food is fantastic. The staff were all very professional, caring, and helpful. The best part? It is an entirely SECULAR program. No one was forcing religious bs or circular logic down my throat. I didn't have to deal with prayers, chapel groups, or doctors trying to encourage me to form a relationship with their personal imaginary friend in the sky. I actually got therapy. The groups were enlightening. I was helped. Thanks Mesa Springs!
