My experience at Solutions Retreat was nothing short of life changing. The living quarters and facility was impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and supportive. The food was great too, which is not a common thread amongst other recovery centers. But, best of all was the personalized treatment and therapy I received as a client there. Solutions Retreat and Dan saved my son\'s life, he would not be alive today. He found the facility on line and it stood out from all the other rehab centers he went to, and there were many. This was the 1st rehab program he completed and is still sober. He learned how to live as a former addict out in the world and not use. He learned skills help him get through each day no matter how tough. And most importantly he made good sober friends with common goals. When visiting my son at the different rehab facilities in Chicago I saw how the men and women were treated, and its heart breaking. It\'s a revolving door and you\'re just a number. Dan is a terrific *Keep It Simple* custodian. He honors and dutifully adheres to tried and true principles of recovery and organizational activities. He is selfless in his willingness to serve others and foster healthy channels of growth and healing. He puts the best available ingredients in place for an honest chance of success. What a wonderful place! Solutions Retreat is tucked away in a lovely wooded area, just outside of the city (although you\'d never notice once you\'re on the property), and the atmosphere is supremely peaceful - perfect for anyone who needs a place to heal. Plus, Bella is adorable :)
