This place is an absolute joke! I requested a letter from one of their staff members that I needed for medical reasons. You have pay them for filling it out forms/letters. I never received the letter. Requested my money back had to fill out a request form that\'s been over a week ago and I\'ve yet to receive my money. The only person that can issue refunds has conveniently been out of the office. No one ever answers the phone except the ladies that work in the Records and Billing Departments. They should be given a medal! I\'ve never seen anything like this before....

New check in is difficult and doesn’t function well on. iPhone 8. Rarely see my own doctor, usually someone associated. Dislike that I’m seeing a group about my mental health and I feel like it doesn’t actually matter bc they see so many people.

While I enjoyed my doctor, she listened and was very kind. Getting ahold of doctors should never be this hard. Waited for a call back that never came. Now I\'m out of medication, it makes the whole situation very stressful. This place seems always packed. I\'m sorry I\'d have to say I can\'t recommend this place to anyone.

They are why people feel isolated and commit suicide As a veteran of war i recommend not stepping a foot into any healthquest facility. They do not answer their phone, they are rude, the people whom answer are lazy pieces of trash and i will do anything in my power to make these asshats famous They do not deserve to have a mental health business This is the epitome of why people do not get help As someone whom is highly experienced dealing with psychiatrist and mental clinics for some of the worst anxiety there is. Had a little misunderstanding, but their CEO was on point and corrected the in less than a week! Inside this location, I\'d love to become their director. Staff needs much work on professionalism and customer service.

1. Which doctors at which office is confusing to figure out: I\'ve seen my doctor\'s location been listed as one location but distinctly know I went to the second location to see him after being rerouted. I\'m still confused. 2. Waiting itself took a long time at the office. I was being hustled from room to room to wait. 3. I had an urgent appointment for scripts renewal (before I left town) and my appointment was cancelled because my doctor was on vacation and I wondered why they would have scheduled me at this time regardless. I was not notified because they put my number into their system incorrectly (I put both my home and cell as my cell # since I don\'t have a home phone.) If they had tried both home AND cell, they would have reached me. They called once and never attempted to communicate with me an urgent change. If I had known this change, I would have scheduled an appointment immediately. Now, I\'m scrambling to find a short-term PCP during this hectic travel-filled summer. 4. The staff themselves are kind and helpful and did return my call after 24 hours. I will probably return but I am disappointed in how I was kept in the dark and hope my next experience can be a positive one

First off let me state that if i know what kind of treatment place this was i would have never agreed to drive over two hours away to go then had to sit and wait for 4 hours cause the doctor wasn\'t even there and late for all his appointments but then to have to defend myself as to why i was there cause he just thought i was like all the other people he was seeing to asking me questions that had no relevance as to why i was there and making me feel even more disrespect i mean really asking if i have baby bules man I\'ve been fixed for over ten years like really i get from what he told me that he is over booked and very busy but my time is important to i have since then sent a letter via fax revoking any consent to share my information with anyone as well as any further appointments highly unprofessional i hope other people seek out better help from doctors who have time to see them and will treat them with higher regard then i was

I absolutely love this office. Everyone here is so professional and yet still so compassionate. I\'ve been coming here for years, and wouldn\'t dare do anywhere else. The staff is amazing. And my doctor, Dr. Akin is the best! He always listens to my concerns of my medications, just as he is always concerned himself as to how they are affecting me. This truly is the best place you can go. And one you have been, you are treated like family. I do consider them like my second family. The entire staff is caring and concerned of your well-being every time they see you. Best place ever. Don\'t know how much clearer I can make it. Lol. Thank you Health Quest for all that you have done for me, and helped me with to be happy again in my own skin. Thank you! ?

Dr. Fu is one of the best psychiatrists in the city. He\'s thoughtful, thorough, and listens completely. He\'s yet to be wrong about diagnosis, medicatons, dosages, etc in the 4+ years I\'ve been seeing him. The only complaint is they are just so busy all the time! Maybe even TOO busy... Regardless of my appointment time, I block off approximately 3 hours for my appointments with him. Sad, but true. If your anxiety causes impatience or if impatience causes anxiety, I would look elsewhere for a psychiatric practice. Other than that, I have no complaints. Plus his care makes the wait worthwhile.

Do not use this place. Behind the times care. They are limited by allot of red tape. It sucks but sadly if you really want good care you are going to have to shell out money for a good private doctor. Facility is nice but it is very poorly run. Do not use this place!!!! Dr sanni was Dr I saw. Would not recommend him. 11/17/2016 Ok I found out its not the doctors fault. All social security clinics are like this. Poor care. Nov 30th. I was able to get good care at a better clinic. I am stable now on minimal meds. Do not use this place!!!! They will put you on some bad bad stuff. If I would have taken the meds suggested here i would not beable to work out and would have been sick and like a zombie

Everyone at this Dr\'s office is nice and very helpful. They have a pharmacy inside the Dr\'s office and they also deliver prescriptions daily if u don\'t have time to wait, but its never taken more than 10 mins for me to get my script filled. If you are looking for a Suboxone/bunavail Dr or psychiatry dr they have a great treatment plan.
