Nice location had some good experience before with them. But the last visit was horrible ER doctor very rude (Adam, Hill) extremely rude physician. Very nice nursing staff. I gave 2 star just for the friendly nurses and the nice location.

How does an innocent baby come to your hospital and not even receive proper care, not a single test run, and to find out by a pediatrician a day later that this sweet girl tested positive for RSV?! This hospital should be ashamed of itself. I do not recommend this sorry excuse for a hospital. If I could give 0 stars I would but it literally forced me to leave a star. If this family is charged for an emergency room visit then that is a DISGRACE!

I was in the ER for really bad nausea on a Wednesday night. Nurse Gina and Dr. Shannon were both so wonderful to me. They were very empathetic and super comforting. I’ve been to this hospital in the past and I must say these two women have been the best. Thank you. May God continue to bless the both of you.

I go to the cardiology office in the surgical center for bi-weekly treatments. I'm not big on confrontation, especially when hooked into an apparatus and unable to leave, so I usually just try to tune it out and say little. But Keith, the nurse there, frequently makes inappropriate sexist/racist/ableist comments. Including laughing at people with medical issues.

Excellent local hospital with excellent and experienced staff great nursing care GreatHospital care, great nursing care excellent Imaging Center quick results we are going through a transition right now for all electronic signatures so maybe slow on the emergency room for the next month or so but that doesn't take away from the care you receive. if i could go lower then a 1 i would . we went because of nobody in the waiting room and my mother, who has a long standing poor GI history, needed hydration . now i i know why no waited! we waited over on hour for anyone to enter the room. it was approx 1200 midnight when we got there and 8 people in the whole ER! Dr arrived not much to him nor his assessment ! clientele in er horrible rude and selfish ! will never take any family member back and would not even call 911 if it was between death and that ER!

All the reviews seem so negative. But until you work in healthcare on the front line you don't understand. Waiting is a part of life, you can't demand to be first. ER here is awesome. Very fast, caring staff. With anywhere, there is good and bad. But it is a Community ER, with very caring staff.

The absolute worst place for emergency care. They violated the HIPPA and haven't a clue to what they are doing. Especially the new doctor there he is rude an obnoxious i dont see who could have made him a doctor. P.S.A if you want live a good quality of life stay away from killer bucks aka slower bucks

There's some pretty good nurses but the ED is lousy. Also what hospital has an ED patient get an X-ray with no one there to read it?! LBH used to be really great but not anymore. It's sad.

I wish I could leave negative stars for all the people who actually think this hospital should even still be standing. For 20 years I have occasionally visited the ER and the service is exceptionally HORRIFIC. IF YOU ARE SHOPPING FOR HOSPITALS go to ARIA or anywhere else BUT Lower Bucks Hospital. I hope this at least saves one person from experiencing the treatment I have received. They poke you with needles over and over again missing the veins leaving bruises because they're either masochistic or lacking in education/skill. The waiting time to be seen by a Dr. has gotten faster (probably because less and less of the community use this hospital anymore). The OBGYN checks pregnant women's cervix, with only two fingers it feels like rape the way he shoves his hand so hard. If you're honest about your drug HISTORY you are treated like a drug addict and left in immense pain even though your cause for medication is valid. I once visited someone dear to me in the trauma center. Two giant binders with his name on it were left on a counter unattended for ten minutes until i interrupted the staff. Your personal information is not even safe there. Oh, and it costs about $2,000 for one IV of saline solution after 4-5 hours of waiting to see a Dr. who then tells you he can do nothing else. The people working here are extremely judgmental and ignorant to true medical treatment. I refused to deliver my baby there. Tonight was the last time I will ever give them a chance.

I brought my daughter last night since she fell at the park and broke her forearm. Everyone was very accommodating and quick to get us in. Only problem I have is that when I went to the orthopedic the Dr told me someone should've set the bone back in place or sent us somewhere that they would've done it. It is an angulated fracture which displaced her bone and it is curved/bent. Now she has a cast but if the bone doesnt straighten out she will need surgery. I am very dissapointed that they did not EVEN tell us that. Because I would've went to a different hospital for it to be set back in place. Besides that the dr was great and very patient with her. Just wish the drs there knew a little more so she wouldn't need to have surgery if it doesn't straighten out.

The worst ER service? I have family who work at Capital Health Hopewell, and I am accustomed to general hospital service. I had an infection/reaction where my lips swelled and it went down into my neck, and the stupid secretary told me it looked a spider bite. On my mouth. As if she is qualified to tell me whats wrong with me, and I wouldnt know if there was a spider on my face?

I went to this hospital back in 2014 with some serious abdominal pain. Other than the fact that the ER nurse was a little slow to get things moving (I was the only one in the ER), they saved my life and gave me the care that I would call EXCELLENT! I ended up needing an emergency surgery do to internal damage. I was also made aware that I had sepsis which was extremely dangerous. I was put in a coma for 2 days and then I was in ICU for 6 more days. Everyone from the surgeon to the nurses treated me like they really care. I was never in any pain or discomfort while I was under their care. The surgeon told me that if I had waited another 24-48 hours, I more than likely could have died. So in in the end, I owe my life to the staff at Lower Bucks Hospital for doing what they do best.

This is an update to previous reviews. I had been excited when I first noticed positive change here at Lower Bucks. I wrote about the positive experiences here, the quality of care, helpfulness and professionalism. That's all gone. Apparently the corporation running things found aides/CNA's to be of little value and did away with them all. Seriously. Now that I'm thinking about my current experience, whoever USED to transport from the ED to a room. .....Gone A nurse had to do it. And get pillows, blankets, water. And took patients to the restroom or did the bedpan. Housekeeping seems to have been cut back to once a day? Every other day? Weekly? They used to be in and out of a room checking, cleaning or doing whatever needed to be done. This is just bad on every level. Much like another Medical Center (with a Catholic name) in Langhorne, pretty outer wrapping Trump's patient care. Why don't WE, as a community DO SOMETHING?? Raise your voice and SAY SOMETHING!? This is OUR community medical center!! Individually most of the (remaining) staff are awesome, caring, compassionate human beings and they're being taken advantage of, disrespected and unappreciated by the CORPORATION. It's a shame. I haven't been to the Medical Center in Langhorne for more than a year. Patient care was not so great. Lower Bucks was our Hospital of choice. No more. I will make my voice heard (besides here). Will you?

My husband spent a night here just 2 days ago. It was the worst experience ever. The staff is rude. And the staff does NOT care about you at all. They left my husband screaming crying all night and did nothing at all to help him. It was incredible. This is a hospital with drs there suppose to help you but they don’t. They wanted my husband to stay another night or two but unfortunately life stepped in like it does for everyone everyday. My husband unfortunately couldn’t stay not because he didn’t want to but because we have a 10 year old son he had to come home to and take care of. So we had to tell the hospital he unfortunately had to go. So they made him sign a paper and said sorry we can’t do anything else to help you. No kind of prescription to take home at all. They just all of a sudden didn’t care anymore. This is not the kind of hospital you want to go to. Take yourself or your loved one to a hospital that will care about you NO MATTER WHAT.

Had an elderly family member who was recently admitted and because of their illness was creating some confusion which was new. My aunt was upset watching how confused he was getting and that's what led her to take him there. The staff was so nice and comforted her and let her know it can be normal when elderly people have infections to become forgetful or confused and just always kept so calm and nice even when he was acting up at times. They assigned a staff member to stay in the room with him for the first few days until he started to clear up from his sickness and return to himself. The doctors were so informative and kept us aware of everything . I loved the fact he had the same small group of doctors and nurses his whole stay who all knew what was going on. ( most bigger hospitals you never see the same person twice and none of them know what's going on) I will go back there every time .

Do not, I repeat do not go through the emergency room for mental health related services as they will lock you in the back room and call the police to have you 302 ! This is how they get your money because the mental health department is run by a separate division and will apply for you to get welfare through the state all while setting you up literally for a month and 2 week stay ! They will also bill you after your stay and never complete the application for health insurance through the state ! Your bill will come from some doctors office in another state ! Sad what happened to the healthcare system ! You will have your credit history ruined for a long time after they bill you thousands from just a simple walk in ! They also sent my best friend who is now deceased over to silver lake after coming out paralyzed after I walked him in with his cane ! They also pumped morphine into my uncle for two weeks to ease the pain when he was having heart attacks ! My uncle is now dead ! The psych ladies in the mental health ward act like something right out the Michael Jackson thriller video and should fired for not showing compassion and lying on the paperwork ! They forge documents and make false accusations along with the main Dr. who signs off on the forged documents that should have his license revoked ! This place is filthy and you will get sick just going in the place ! The nurses in the mental health unit like to peek at you in the shower while you are completely naked and there excuse is they need to make sure you are ok ! I understand some people are really mentally ill but to treat everyone who is suffering from different illnesses, mine being withdraw from prescribed drugs from a Doctor, as clinically insane is unjust and unconstitutional. After taking myself there voluntarily and sitting by myself for 2 hours I said I was leaving to try a better hospital and the fun and games began !

They treat patients in an immoral, unethical, and unprofessional manner. I've seen patients yelled at, mistreated, and given the wrong medications. The nurses that seem to care are at the bottom of the corporate ladder, and the majority of the head nurses are rude and unethical. They assume you're talking nonsense, seeing as you're at their facility, and treat you like a handicapped child by insulting your intelligence. It's a horrible hospital, and I would never recommend it. I contacted multiple attorneys, but they've all stated the same thing - that hospital is extremely corrupt, but winning in court is almost impossible against them. Sadly, I believe them, so I hope that others will read this prior to putting their loved ones, or themselves, through an unprofessional hell. The manager that I spoke to looked like "the penguin," from Batman, with Danny Devito. He was nasty, just like him, and threatened to call the police when I said that he is unprofessional and needs to be more proactive in helping patients. He had me escorted away by security, as the security guard cursed at me and pushed me. I would've pursued more action, but was dealing with the loss of my uncle when I was a patient. It was a painful time, but I feel that my uncle would have wanted me to move on a bit - if not completely. They don't even write back because they know it's true, and don't care about their reputation anymore.

in a snow storm the other day my heart began to pump wildly and wouldn’t slow down. The ambulance service couldn’t give me a choice and I had to go to this hospital. When arriving at the ER the nurses were very nice and treated me very well. After the EKG and info about my health, the ER doctor walks in and tells me, with no compassion in his voice, that what is wrong with me is something that happens to many and there is nothing he can do for me. The nurse suggested something to slow my heart rate down and he said yes. When she came in to inject that into my IV, that doctor came back in and the nurse asked “does the doc make you nervous because your heart rate just shot way up” and yes, his ignorance to my situation made me not want him around. With a cardiologist being contacted, the decision was to keep me overnight and to do an echocardiogram the next day to see why heart rate was spiking like it was. It was downhill even more after that because now the staff in the hospital became salespeople to keep trying to make more money off my insurance. First was a hepatitisC test because I’m in that age group that the tv commercial talks about. Next was because I am an ex smoker of 40 years, they should do lung tests to make sure all is ok. Remind you, I was there with an over pumping heart. Then walks in another salesman who is asking if I will come back to have X-rays and other tests done when needed. Finally the cardiologist comes in and explains what I went through and tells me all else looks terrific with the heart and he feels no other test will be needed including the echocardiogram. I was happy and was waiting to be released. My heart did finally go back to normal on its own before the salesmen all came in my room. After sitting there for 3 more hours I asked nurse about leaving. She said the doc who needs to release me wanted more tests done. When he came in and I told him no more tests and to get paperwork ready for me to go, I was told that I don’t leave until he says so and not until those tests were done. My last words to him were “yeah, we will see who says I can leave”. I then took off my monitor, pulled out my own IV needles, got dressed and walked out of the room, into the elevator and left the hospital with no one questioning me, and if you were to see how I was looking, someone working there should have questioned me about something. NEVER GO THERE!!!

BE AWARE THAT THIS BUSINESS LOWER BUCKS HOSPITAL AT 501 BATH ROAD IN BRISTOL PENNSYLVANIA VIOLATES THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF ITS PATIENTS & THEN REPORTS NEGATIVE REVIEWS TO HAVE THEM REMOVED INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INADEQUACY OF THEIR ORGANIZATION 'S & EMPLOYEES ' FAILURES & SHORTCOMINGS. I wanted to give a shining review to a hospital that has done very poorly in the past. I especially want to thank Dr. James Hwang in the Emergency department & one very special nurse in the Cardiac unit. This stay has allowed me to be properly diagnosed & receive proper treatment. As for that very special nurse. If you're interested in Life-Extension, Age Management Medicine, & lifestyle medicine. Go for it. You're an amazing person. To go further the whole nursing staff was absolutely fabulous & took very good care of me & was polite & very agreeable. While my above statement still holds true & I am extremely grateful to Dr. Adiraju, Dr. James Hwang, & one very thoughtful & very caring nurse in the cardiac unit whom I pray to God that she has found a better position at a better hospital or age-management clinic because she's far to sweet to be working at this place & she can & should feel free to count on me as a reference should she ever need one due to how absolutely exceptional she was at caring for me while I was in the cardiac unit. This hospital doesn't deserve someone as sweet as her in its employee roster. I have recently had an extremely poor experience in regards to mistreatment in their Crisis Unit as follows. I was refused heart medication for 10+ hours past its scheduled time due, I was erroneously 302ed and the psychiatrist at the hospital I was sent to agreed that the 302 was invalid & unenforceable. I was also forcibly injected with psychiatric medications against my will while sitting quietly due to my disappointment with being sent to Lancaster as I wouldn't be able to have anyone bring me my checks to pay my rent & I would be homeless. Luckily someone paid my rent & I had to pay them back upon my release. Also my cardiologist has been very insistent that I not take psychiatric medications of any kind due to my diagnosis of autonomic dysfunction which on top of the Crisis unit not giving me my heart medication on time could've very easily resulted in a very bad health outcome for me. The individuals working at this Crisis center plainly need to be incarcerated for violating the Constitutional rights of Bucks county residents out of spite.

2016-2019 this place paralyzed me from made me sepsis,refused treatment tore my spine 6 inches I felt like I was TOURTED and raped they removed 50 pages of reports from my file,Dr.hasiuk is worse than the devil himself he hangs out with whores and lies on paper work for them,he massacred me in an office uterine wall biopsy,left me incontinent since the ablation and the biopsy mentally broken,I woke up felling raped and like my legs were cracked so far apart I had no feeling in them for a year,I will never stop righting these reviews the nurses staff and obgyn of LBH should all be investigated for the TOURTED and mistreatment of patient.i do not know what happen in that SURGURY but something horrible evil.i hope all yhale staff from those years and my visits all DIE I HOPE YOU ALL DIE A SLOW PAINFUL Horrible UNTREATABLE DISEASE AND WITHER AWAY PISSING AND SHITTING YOURSELFS MENTALLY Unstable DIE YOU SCUM

In 2017,18,19,I did a surgery,and this hospital and their obgyn DR,are the most evil to deal with in a surgery setting and after care,I felt like I was rapped bounced of the ground and Tortured,I went sepsis twice in a month from the handling from these people,my legs felt like someone cracked them apart at the hip joint like you would a crab leg,the no asure ablation left me urinating incontinence for months I was vomiting,there was a 3 in tear near the spinal cord from a spinal tap.they told me that there's nothing wrong with me and that I needed to get help for my drug addiction,they numerous times sent me away saying to go home n suck it up that it's just a pulled muscle in my back,I couldnt walk I couldn't shit I just lay on my floor at home rolling around in Excruciating the most Scary muscle spasm that would likely me up in the air like I was being stunned by a stun gun in my back.Ive had many Surgeries and still till this day 2023 I have mental break downs due to the fact I felt like I was sodomized by that LBH OBGYN.i shake I cry I still have incontinence,and bowel trouble,No lawyer would take the case due to the fact of not being able to prove the injurys weren't sustained due to other health issues I had,and the corruption within this Torture CHAMBER,I have not been to see a Dr.since ,Im afraid to have a relationship it destroyed my lufe with my family cause if the Drs say it's in my head than why should they believe other wise in the last 7 yearsy story has never changed,the trauma that I carry is still very much on the surface.iy tiok me 8 months to be able finally get up and walk with a walker and another 3 months to even get in a car They denied my home care because they wrote an order for VOMITING not post op care so home care was denied.my 17 year old sons friends were having to help change my diapers as I played there pissing my self for months,my niece finally came over and started physical therepy after months of me just laying there like a Rag doll,although she started the therepy,I alone worked through the pain used the Entertainment stand in my room crawled over to and one shelf at a time I pulled my self up off the floor,used a walker to sit up and worked on squats with that,the 1st time I finally had a bowel movement I bent to sit on the toilet and the shit just spewed all over the bathroom for 30 minutes,,my mud section could t bend to sit on the toilet yet so I just stood their holding on to the sink,That Dr from the OBGYN section of LBH should be in jail.the same year 2 other women sued him and won alot of money,I couldn't fight for myself at the time ..my kids were still in there high school years.If I can only help One person by saying my story,DO NOT ALLOW JUST ANY DR OR HOSPITAL TO DO A Nova SURE ABLATION,ON YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE PRODUCT THE PROCEDURE PROCESS,THE STAFF THAT IS GOING TO BE INVOLED IN THE SURGURY,ASK QUESTIONS CHECK REVIEWS ON THE OBGYN WHO IS GOING TO Administer THE PROCEDURE.ask alot of questions on how they will handle anything that goes wrong,like numbness burning paralysis,bleeding heavy vomiting.ASK how and who and what will the care for in case of these post op mishaps.have an Advocate that you trust from your family friends in case anything like this happens,and that goes for any SURGURY no matter how minor how short or long the length of time for the procedure,PROTECT YOURSELF AND DONT ALLOW ANY HOSPITAL OR DR TO BULLY You INTO THINKING THAT You DeserveD WHAT IS Happening TO YOU .BE SAFE BE SMART AND HAVE AN ADVOCATE BY YOURSIDE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY .
