I have been at Brighton Rehab since February 2018. My stay so far has been excellent. The staff is wonderful, they treat me like family. It is very home like here. The activities are great. We are having a party today and dressing up for Halloween. I highly recommend this facility, I can no longer stay at home alone and this is good for me.

The photos on their web site definitely don't match what the part of the building that the Long Care Residents live in. I've seen furniture there that wouldn't even sell in a yard sale in the bad part of town. They closed the library to put in a coffee bar that most of the residents can't afford to use. There is supposed to be a book 'cart' that gets updated every so often in the activity room, but as many times as I've looked for it, I can't find it. And while they are, by the staffs own admission, supposed to have audio readers for use by patients with deteriorating vision, they don't.

I am a current patient here in the LTSR portion of this facility. The 2 techs they have running the show in the evenings are just that... a show. Julie and Jen are under qualified and have no respect for the patients. I have tried many times to address this with management but every time it is brushed off. Needless to say they are making my trek to bettering myself not possible. I am extremely disappointed of this program because of this. Also those pictures on the website look nothing like the majority of this place. It is quite rundown and disgusting.

My stay at Brighton Rehab was excellent. All of my care providers were very timely when I had a request for something. I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family. All of the staff on Grove 2 were exceptional, Amber and Jolene standout. The PT staff was great as well, it was a good experience working with Kelly, Kayla and Kristen. If I have to go to a facility again in the future, I would choose the Grove at Brighton Rehab.

I've been at Brighton Rehab since January and everything was absolutely excellent. physical therapy spent a lot of time helping me get stronger in getting myself in and out of a car and up and down stairs. The nurse aides were fantastic with my care and making sure I had everything I needed, they treated me like family. I was happy to go home, but I will miss the new friends and family I have made! Again, Thank You!

This place is a pit. My husband was transferred there for rehab after injuring his back at work. They knew he was coming and yet after the drive down the stuck him in a wheelchair that was falling apart and left him alone in a lobby for 2 1/2hrs. Noone checked on him...no pain meds.. nothing. Because his bed was broken. When I was able to finally get there at 530 he still had nothing for pain and noone had talked to him checked him. Nothing. The food is horrible they are really understaffed.. it's old and doesnt have showers half the things are broken and it stinks. Please do not put your loved ones there. It was workers comp and we didnt have a choice when the place we chose fell through.

My experience at Brighton Rehab was wonderful. I stayed on Grove 3 and the staff was excellent. Robin, Stacy, Dee and Andy were all really good. Therapy was also excellent. i cant say enough good about them, Seth and Irene were great. When i came here i couldnt do anything, Now i am going home with my husband.

I Admitted to Brighton Rehab at the beginning of April after my hip surgery. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Therapy was good, and i will really miss the therapy gym. Everything went well and was excellent during my stay. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Last April a family member needed an end-stage respite stay at Brighton. We were assigned to Grove 3. I was impressed with the care that was given. The CNAs were especially helpful and the nurses knowledgeable. I would use Brighton again if needed. The rooms were very appealing and not overly clinical. Overall, it was a good experience during a very difficult time.

I am a volunteer at Brighton Rehab and Wellness. I have recently witnessed a situation where members of the staff went beyond the call of duty to assist an ALS resident that was having pain. On April 5th at about 7:15 p.m. I was visiting with the patient I mentioned above when he began to experience extreme discomfort. Nurse Alexa along with the assistance of Lauren and Ms. Leoni together spent at least 45 minutes trying to position the patient in a comfortable way. They refused to stop until he felt better. I was impressed with the dedication and the concern they showed for the resident.

I've only been trying to reach a family member by phone and this facility has been nothing but nasty. They hang up on you many times and they refuse calls to your family members. Their state ranking is below board. I hope turning them in for more investigations benefits all the residents!!!

Do not put your love one here unless you plan to visit every day. The care is focus more on the areas seen by the public while the residence live with four beds cramped in one room. Most of the doctors really care about their patients. There is one that should not be there. There are many nurses and cna's that are exceptional. There are those that should be selling peanuts on the corner. This care facility would not be in operation if it was not for the monies received from the resident. The focus should totally be on them.

This place SUCKS! Eva Hamilton, the director of Nursing, PROMISED a family better care, communications with all MD's she had before admission, consults with dietary, PT, to follow a care plan submitted by an outside RN-I could go on! She not only failed to do so, she hasn't returned a single call after MULTIPLE outreaches! They ware house here-not care! 3 NA's for 44 patients and 1 RN for 2 floors-and this is the "best" floor!! DO NOT place your loved one's here!! It should be a minus 5-wouldn't let me post without a rating

The LTSR is one of the worst mental health facilities in Beaver County. They had a COVID-19 outbreak and cancelled all groups. Then the so-called social worker supervisor sent two of us to the same Personal Care Home in Beaver Falls, PA. Sophia transferred within 45 days. I am in the process of applying to a partial CRR Program because the owners of this new PCH are cheap, unethical, reneged on all promises/agreements! Do not trust them all! Do not go to this LTSR, Social Worker, or Personal Care Home. They are terribly run and administered: plus very understaffed with very high turnover!
