Absolutely the worst hospital I've ever been to. Unorganized and they do everything they can to milk your insurance instead of helping you. Go somewhere else for quality care!

The worst hospital I’ve ever been in. Dr. Basically told me I had cancer and didn’t have insurance so didn’t have the money to be treated. Told me to go home and call hospice!!!! Staff fought in my room. I couldn’t get anyone in to take me to the bathroom. Didn’t get meds when requested. Horrible horrible hospital. I suggest if you value life don’t go there.

We have had for the most part excellent care at this hospital. The vast majority of nurses and support people are caring and compassionate. The hospitalist has been exceptionally kind, listening and helping us through a difficult time.

They agreed my relative shouldn't be unsupervised due to her very high fall risk and rampage blood sugar. They also knew she lived alone and could see she couldn't really walk, yet they still released her to go home. She fell again not even 12hrs later and had to go back to the ER (not there!) five days later. We will avoid taking her there ever again. Gave two stars because her nurses were nice.

I have been there several times,I'm a heart patient and have flat lined in the OR. I felt like a " bother" to be treated by the staff. I was in there for 10 days and not once was my room cleaned, I had to ask for toilet paper, there was bloody 2x2, and a glove beside my bed on the floor. That was still there when I left. They came in to < clean> witch was to empty trash and poop they were gone. The staff, was so so, DAY STAFF WERE RUDE LAZY, AND TOOK forever tp answer a call button then told they would tell my nurse, a hour and 16 minutes later they came I by then had and asked what I wanted TO GO TO THE BATHROOM, AND THE NURSE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID WHY DID I NOT GO THEM,I REPLIED i CANT GO BECAUSE I'm hook up to all the leads and my bed rails are up that's why.she left then came back with potty chair , told to use that "knowing the whole i'm a high risk fall patient,i had a band on my arm note on my door,and was told well its easier this way and if you fall or feel like you will move the potty chair closer to you bed, and left, yo bed honest if my DR. WAS NOT THERE I WOULD NEVER GO BACK.

I told my wife I was not going to take her there any more because of the way they violate the HIPAA Act and if you take them to court well you better have a great attorney. It's easier get them fired! Then they look down at you stating you're a bad person that it's your fault. It's not my wife's fault it's the problem of the nurses that have bipolar problems!

My husband went in for a simple routine procedure for preventative health that was performed by a military doctor. He came home in such a bad state. He had bad reaction to anesthesia,they acted very aloof about it,the whole day was a disaster and they treated it so casual,no acknowledgement of their mistakes or our feelings. I would not send my worst enemy through that. The anesthesia doctor and team sucked and so did the incompetent doctor that is an Army Major.NEVER GO THERE !!!!!

Please BEWARE when coming to Alliance Health Midwest. The care I received at this hospital was terrible to say the least. To be honest, if I was on my very last hour, I would risk it to go to another hospital and die than to get treated at this facility ever again. The doctors here misdiagnosed me. They did not take the time to fully explain my diagnosis. Mind you, I have 4-5 doctors who reviewed my case. None were helpful in this matter whatsoever. This left me with tons of unanswered questions and no options. The doctor also did not fully treat all of my symptoms.They discharged me before I was stable enough to go home and told me to find another doctor for my other symptoms as they did not have the doctor on staff. They did nothing to help schedule a follow up appointment. The nurse did not offer any instructions for aftercare, when I asked they seemed like this was something I should have already known and was truly annoyed to explain things to me. They pretty much shoved me out the door so they can get another bed open. The nurses were extremely rude and disrespectful to their patients. You are left for hours unattended and even when you buzz the nurses line, no one will come. If they do come, don't expect anything besides a horrible attitude for wasting their time. I would hear my neighbors crying and screaming for help and nurse + aids will walk in and say "WHAT". On my last day, I had no helps getting discharged. My family and I had to gather all of my things. They pretty much told us to take whatever is in the room and call them when we're about to leave. I even had to request my own wheelchair to leave. Like any normal person, I wanted to read my discharge papers before signing them, ask questions about my post care, etc.. but the nurse was SO rude and said "you don't need to read it, it's not a bill or anything". This is extremely unprofessional. Is this how Alliance Health trains their staff? The facility is disgusting. Trying to hunt down a doctor is impossible. I would have questions about my medical needs and would try to think of all the possible questions I may have concerning my diagnosis. However, the doctor could not even take 15 minutes and just told me to write the questions down and he'll answer them later... 15 minutes! I understand being busy and needing to prioritize other patients but this is unacceptable. This hospital truly needs to be shut down.

Male nurse Bret or Brent hurt my mother purposely cause I told him not to dig the needle in my elderly mothers arm..now she has a quarter sized hematoma in her arm and he left her arm swollen, black and blue all in 5min..Head nurse was awesome. I watched as he got upset started a argument and pushed through the vein and pushed air back inside through the needle. Its a shame how they mistreat people especially elderly..beware of this guy! He Will kill your parents, child, or you if he gets upset.

My 94 year old mother had sudden and excruciating neck pain and stiffness so I took her to the ER on the night of Jan 7. The staff was rude to her, they neglected her, they told her they didn't have time for her and that she wasn't a priority. Another nurse told my mother to her face that she "had lived her life". She was even bruised by a nurse who tried to shove a bedpan underneath her while it was turned the wrong way. My mom started having some dementia after a few days and they had labeled her a fall risk but on the day they discharged her they left her alone in her room, still in her hospital gown sitting on the edge of her bed with the guard rail down and the bed alarm off and when she tried to get up to dress herself she fell and broke her hip. They did surgery but a week later across the street in the rehab my mom had a stroke and died. My mother was still driving, going to Walmart, Aldi's, hair salon and library every week. She was very intelligent and very independent. Then she went into this hospital and they basically killed her. I can only wish the worst for all the nurses that tended or should I say NEGLECTED my mother because of her age.

Most of the staff was very courteous. However, when it came to checking in for my Day procedure, there was much confusion and not enough communication between the staff. But, that's just a small factor to this review. The main reason is how the nurse treated me when waking me up from Anesthesia. She was saying loudly "get up, get up!" And was rushing me the whole time. She undressed me in front of everyone, including patients, and was just overall very rude. Never asked me how I was feeling or anything. I see why everyone told me not to use this hospital. Patients like to be treated with care

I had went into the pysch ward ward for postpartum and the Dr. Dadwal is so rude. put me on weird medicines that never worked and she saw me as a liar and a drug addict when I got Ativan for a bowel instruction and I basically never had a chance.
