I stayed with my wife 2 times and spent many days with her in this facility. They work as a team and make a plan for the care. They are polite, friendly, and professional. Very caring staff, doctors, and nurses. Very knowledgeable and explain things to where you can understand. I believe the holy spirit is in this hospital. The cleanliness is extremely good. They treat visitors very nice. They are very good on updates in the hospital or when you call. This is a great facility with great people working there. Thanks St Francis

My brother was admitted into this hospital by a nursing facility in Warner OK. Obviously there was a breakdown in communication as the hospital did not know my brother was a transplant recipient. End result was dialysis. He was already on a vent when he came into the hospital. This being said, leads up to my complaint. He was placed in critical care. Most nurses were friendly and helpful. Some were terribly rude and unprofessional. My concern is with the case manager. She seemed to try to bully our family into turning his ventilator and dialysis off and let him go. I understand that there are few places in the United States that will care for someone with a vent an on dialysis but I feel she could have been a little more helpful. She was sure to tell my family that it was our responsibility to initiate certain things not hers. We were told my brother would have to be moved to Ohio on 3-11-19. This would result in him being alone in his final days. We elected to let him be at peace on 3-9-2019. I just hope that this very helpful lady does not have to go through this in her lifetime. Looking into my dying brother's eyes as he was saying help me will be something I will never forget. I'm sure he was just another statistic for her. Show a little more respect for the next family!

Very disappointed in attention given to patients. Also the communication from doctors to staff and to meal plan was awful. My dad drank flavored beef water for 3 days when he was suppose to start solids. Very frustrating. When you call for someone it takes 30 minutes to respond. I'm glad he wasn't in worse shape.

I went to rhe ER on March 1st while in the ER the nurse's and doctor I had where great they did everything they could to help my pain and make me comfortable. After test came back i was admitted to the hospital for appendix surgery. Dr. Moore was great and she took good care of me while doing my surgery. The problem was when i got to my room on the 3rd floor none of the nurse's seemed to care about doing there job. They stood around alot talking and making fun of another patient. They did not do what they should have after i had my surgery and one of the RNs i had was rude.

The did a dnc on my wife without permission. The doctor lied to me and wouldn't tell me when she got out of surgery. I would not go here. They are liers and should be sued for mail practice. I had to call the office to find my wife. The dont keep you in the loop and they do what ever they want to you. They don't treat you like a human. Dont go here. Keep driving

I have saw some bad places in my life but this one makes me want to move completely out of Oklahoma. My elderly mother fell and so I brought her to be checked out and four days later she is still here because of a bladder infection. I will not leave her and am staying here and had to kick a nurse out and she is not allowed back in here. These people are liars and rude and I want my mother moved.

They called me often to let me know my son was in surgery and doing well. Staff was very caring and attentive and place was clean and organised. Very pleased!

This is a terrible hospital. Do not go here, the doctors are combative with each other, nurses are overall poor, a few good ones, but overall poor. My father has been in and out of this hospital for several months and his care has been bad. At one point we transferred him to Hillcrest in Tulsa which was a totally different experience. Unfortunately St. Francis keeps their claws into you until there are no other options. Stay away, go to Tulsa go to Hillcrest!

This hospital bears the name St Francis but is nothing like St Francis in Tulsa. The administration here should be replaced...better yet, be admitted to their hospital with serious issues to experience what we do. I can't begin to tell you how awful this place is!

I have never been to such a rude, unprofessional hospital in my life. I came in with an abscess and half my face swollen. First thing we notice is a staff member making a racist joke! The nurse practitioner never even looked at me. Just gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. Three days later, half my face is so badly swollen, my eye is almost swollen shut and throat is swelling. They still act like this is a very minor thing and of course don’t give me pain meds. That hospital is a joke and I just pray I’m going to be okay since they didn’t seem to care much! Smh

Do not go to this hospital unless you enjoy being made to feel worse. No help whatsoever and my specific nurse that was named Beth was horribly rude and unprofessional. She did not listen and is basically a sadist. I had to demand to be discharged after being there hrs and a dr doing nothing. This hospital deserves 0 stars. Not to mention the place was filthy and flies everywhere.

The nurses are not team players, putting personal gain and reputation before asking for help to do things they are unable to do properly for patients. Was ignored and glared at by reception and when triaged, IT guy was in the background loudly slamming pieces of equipment around and taking phone calls. Very unprofessional environment. I spent five hours in what they call the ER. It is really a high school cafeteria. Various patient monitors were going off very loudly for hours on end while nurses were loudly joking, gossiping, and cursing. Instead of trying for an IV in my hand, which is where my IVs normally go, as I am a VERY hard stick, they decided to attempt to stick me everywhere else on my upper body. Nurse stuck me with a needle without disenfecting the area first and proceeded to dig around in the crook of my arm while I cried and begged her to take it out, taking her sweet time doing so. I have never felt such pain while getting an IV and I doubt these people are trained do to even basic first aid. I will never go back there even if I am dying, they will just kill me faster.

This place is very unprofessional. The wouldn’t even let me and my fiancée back to see my grand mother for quote on quote “There to busy” but one person was still allowed to go back. Even thoe my grandmother was crying because she wanted to see both of us.

June 2016 was a nightmare for 3 days 2 other patients screamed for help in St. Francis Muskogee. A third patient's family transported their mother by ambulance to another hospital. I also left by ambulance to St. Francis of Tulsa. June 19, 2018 I was received into Tulsa St. Francis overflow of the overflow ER. Receiving physician was a Uncertified Iranian Dr., then the chemical stress test was administered by doctors of unknown origin. In the catheterization room there was a Uncertified Ukrainian doctor. The orderly who took me to the catheterization room was a green card Nigerian who was the last person seen with my shoes, socks, personal medical records, and my medications; which all were missing the next morning when I awakened from anesthetics! I was then arrested for CRIMINAL trespass for refusing to sign discharge PAPERS, and release for missing medication! There were people crying and begging for help in the ER. HOSPITAL SECURITY said my shoes and socks were not in LOST AND FOUND! HOSPITAL SECURITY hide from my camera as they wheeled me down stair to be arrested.

Came in at 830pm was not seen until 1am. There was people crying and begging to be seen who were told just to wait. This place needs to have new management or something, no excuse for what I seen. Today is the anniversary 2 years ago today nurse Ellen drop my mom face first into a chair call of duty have a heart attack and cold blue and died the nurse fell to the floor also with her trying to catch her nurse Ellen almost went all the way underneath my mom my cousin ran out into the hallway hollering for help five nurses can running in there they had to get everything up and off them and to get my mom back up out of the floor code blue is called nurse Ellen lied every staff member that come in to aid and assist and getting my mom up off the floor and the nurse up all lied to cover her ass that day the doctor on call covered her ass that day they all lied they Said she fainted in the arms of nurse Ellen and she assisted her to the floor and then said that she was being transferred from the bed to the bedside commode there was no bedside commode many stories written in my mom's medical records it was unreal since staff witnessed everything that had took place all lies my cousin and I were the only ones in that room with the nurse Ellen when it happened she lied all the staff members lied and I do not understand how that hospital is able to keep going and why I'll write a review every week the rest of my life about what happened that day to my mother how unprofessionally and confident heartless nurses and doctors in at hospital are they all stick together and cover each other's ass and to hell with the families in the loss and the grief and horrific aftermath we all go through after we lose weight after something like that how would you like to watch a nurse drop your mother face first into a chair and then lie about what she did all the staff live at what they seem that they witnessed it there wasn't nobody in that room me and my cousin witness it and nurse Ellen something's not done about the doctors and the nurses in that hospital they are so unprofessional and she was so I won't even say what I was thinking of her I can't believe these people can live with their selves after killing people like they do and then lie to cover their ass there's no morals and standards no respect it sad it's a shame we lost our mother and tore our family apart and this hospital is still going on how do they do that they don't value anyting all they're worried about is the name of the hospital and getting more money in there they all stick together and kill people and that quite they didn't do no wrong how can this be how can that hospital still be opened I can't do anything about it now it's 2 years but because of what the doctor put on the death certificate and all the reports from the staff which were all lies nobody witnessed anything but my cousin and I we watch what she did in mom room. Attorney wouldn't take it because of the death certificate being what was said on it and it was a lie the corner lied for all of them lied we lost our family our mother and she died for nothing and God says what you sow is what you reap which what that hospital and them people the staff so it's hard not to wish at all them it's hard not to wish ill on all of them no one will never know the horrific pain my cousin and I go through daily seeing it over and over and over dream about what she did to my mother and they have no remorse they don't care just as long as they sav their ass I live in a different world now it has totally done changed our family I'll never get over it I'll never get over the lies they told me that the discover app so I did and it all covered up for each other I'll never get over it and every time I think about it I'm going to start putting on her review on here about this hospital and who I sent has been done to the people that's lost in family and loved ones why don't somebody do something in our behalf and help us out and letting them all I keep on working it called somebody else to go through what we're going through. If you look through all the reviews even former staff members talk about how unprofessional the doctors and nurses are and how rude and cruel that all they care about is the name of the hospital on money they don't care about the patients they don't care about the losses of the families they have no feelings that hospital needs to be done something to Injustice needs to be made to all the families it's lost loved ones because of their actions or unprofessional actions of that hospital and staff. I am very experienced Emergency department nurse for many years. I have never worked in a facility that functioned as St. Francis Muskogee. Such unethical and unsafe practices occurred there. I tried going through the chain of command to solve these issues from the ER director being too busy or having a day off to HR refusing to discuss it. They are strict violation of the Oklahoma State Board Nursing Safety Practice Acts. 567.8B8. Sub chapters 2 ,3 ,7 ,8, 9 and 11. Through legal at the State Board of Nursing they advised me that if I continued to work under these conditions that I would be fined up to $1000 and or lose my nursing license. Any nurse that does not report these violations will be subjected as well. Charge nurses and their clicks would leave the department and go shopping or take extended breaks leaving the patients at risk. Arguing and belittling with the patients and other staff members. Doctors listening to their music with their headphones on si they can "drown out the noise" of the patient. Patients were NOT being cared for. These patients are at risk! Saint Francis Muskogee is a DANGEROUS PLACE.

Horrible hospital with careless doctors and staff. They are neglectful, and heartless. They are not only hiding a diagnosis from me and allowing me to suffer and die, but they have also lied about CT scan results, claiming that there's nothing wrong with my liver and that I have no fluid in my abdomen, even though I know for sure I have liver disease and ascites. I overheard a doctor discuss wanting to murder me, break another patient's legs, and I also heard a nurse speaking with someone else about how I'm dying and that they're not going to tell me. Also, they have destroyed documents to hide the truth from me, which means they are purposely hiding my diagnosis rather than treating me and telling me the truth. FYI: Just because you go to a CATHOLIC HOSPITAL it doesn't mean they're all Christians or that they have compassion for people. I believe some of them are true believers, but most of them are not because if they were they would be treating people the way they do. I have an attorney. I am trying to sue.

Do NOT go to this facility if you are in an emergency situation. I was transported by ambulance from my doctor's office because I was having a stroke. When I arrived at the hospital I was taken to the emergency room where I continued to stroke out before I was taken to a room at 10:15 that night. I arrived at noon and was not seen by any doctor or nurse for that matter until I was in the room. How does this hospital stay in business? I have been a patient at St Francis Tulsa and have nothing be the utmost respect for those people. My mind is totally messed up because of the lack of care I received. I will never go through those doors again!
