took my 2 year old daughter here to get her knee checked out and it was pretty fast and easy! only reason i am giving 4 stars is because i don’t think the doctors or nurses did a thorough job in checking her out... the x-ray technicians were way more concerned than the actual doctor. other than that it is a clean hospital and wait time was short

The ER has no clue what’s going on. I don’t think they know their jobs. I was told the little cheap pregnancy test was negative when clearly there were 2 lines. Then I was told I was having a miscarriage when clearly the ultra sound showed nothing wrong. Needless to say I’m still pregnant. I asked to leave because I was in the room waiting while the nurses were talking about movies and boyfriends. I was told I had no insurance coverage when I clearly do being military. This place needs to be investigated and then shut down until they have more qualified staff. Those employees are clueless. DO NOT GO HERE

I took my daughter in to get an imbedded earring back out of her ear. They made us wait for 3+ hours and then even pulled out an ultrasound machine to tell me it wasn't there. Not 4 days later there it was in the back of her ear trying to come out. If they can't find an earring with an ultrasound machine I have little faith in the rest of their abilities. They sure did charge my insurance.

I spent two days in one of their hospital beds, showered every day, and wife brought in fresh clothing from home, and I come back with a back full of chigger bites!!! The place looked dirty but I didn't want to assume the worst, but now the answer is written all over my back and it itches!!!

Orthopedic surgery clinic is a joke. I brought in my medical history, ok they want surgery reports. I brought those in, they want x-rays. I brought those, we want the MRI report, and the x-rays are too old. I go get new x-rays, now I need a new MRI, and ALL the films.they do not ask for everything all at once, they kept telling me one item per visit, then add on and oh, by the way, not just the reports like they requested, but also all the films. You get to show up, be told to come back with this or that, repeat until you are so frustrated that you no longer care if the doctor can help you. When I finally got to see an actual doctor, the guy is yawning during my exam. His professional opinion is I need to join the Y and come back in two months.

They checked me in we went straight to vitals then right back to a room Dr came right in waited thirty minutes had a sonogram immediately admitted when to my room listed as npo and surgery at noon the next day . I had some complications and they didn't rush me out the problem was addressed before I left.thank you nursing staff on 4th floor (Bailey) and thank you Dr Morgan and Dr Sawyer.

My Dad was in ICU. Just want to give cudos to the Nurses Catherine and Tashara. The did a great job with him. Maintenance of the building, on the other hand, sucks.

The hospital aside from the er is very clean the nurses are attentive and concerned. Comparing it to southwestern ccmh us a Ritz carlton. Also when you have a issue ccmh takes care of the problem whereas swmh does nothing. I would say even if you have to wait longer it's worth it to go to ccmh you will get fixed and on your way home I stead of being sent home with the same problems you came in with.

Horrible experience. They did not seem to care about their patients and hesitant in answering patients concerns. Seemed more concern about getting people in and out. They did not take care of the whole reason why I came to the ER. They started running tests on other things that I did not have. I was then discharged feeling no better than arrived even after threatening a miscarriage. I'll never come back here.

Both my visits where sub par. One emergancy visit i had called for assistance several times until a lady not even a nurse, not even knowing what to do, happend to walk in for paper work help me as they where all huddled around a computer trying to order olive garden for themselves. My family had to hook me back up to the machines after because no one seemed to want to nor even seemed to care. Whole family was speechless.

I recently went to CCMH to get an MRI of my knee. I was in excruciating pain. I was so impressed with the quick check in process and quality of care I received. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. At the conclusion of the MRI I was a bit overwhelmed when I thought about walking the distance back to my car and getting to medical records to get a copy of the MRI. Normally this is a simple task but due to the tremendous pain in my leg it seemed almost impossible. Without me even asking (unfortunately a tear did slip out of my eye!) one of the nurses appeared with a wheelchair. She wheeled me to the waiting room and then had medical records bring a copy of my MRI and a release to me. Finally she wheeled me to the front door and even gave me a hug! I appreciate the staff of CCMH.

I will NEVER go back to a hospital that is more concerned about garnishing a person's paycheck getting almost $500 at a time leaving me in a cold house around 20 degrees because I can't pay my electric bill. When they're more concerned @money than health I DON'T need THEM.

I had my 1st baby at this hospital, and I must say the staff was absolutely perfect. There were some issues going on short staffed, construction, and there was damage from pipes bursting. Through all the chaos staff took wonderful care of my baby and I. I am pleased to write this review! I wish every staff member who took care of us could get recognition!

My fiance was has having contractions 6-8 minutes apart so we went to labor and delivery there because thats where her ob is at. We spend 7 hours there so they could see if anything was changing. The contractions kept getting worse but not further apart so they sent her home. We get home and not 3 hours later her contractions got 3-4 minutes apart. So I went to a differant hospital closer to me and they ended up doing her c section not 30 mins after we get there. My fiance was in so much pain that she couldn't walk or do anything. I will never ise Comanche Memorial again. We went there 3 times in one week because she was in so much pain becuase of the contractions. Not to mention she is a repeat c section and they were letting her go in to labor at 38 weeks. I know for a fact that they could of stoped her contractions but they didnt. So I will be in contact with comanche Memorial very soon. 2

Do not waste you time going to the ER..IT A BIG JOKE. 2 times i been there both times misdiagnosed. The last time this NYE 12/31/18..will in extreme pain and not able to urinate..just blood coming out they just said it was a uti..no cat scan..xray or anything to check..i had to go to southwestern..who was friendlier and showed concerns and gave every kind of test and didnt leave to i could urinate without help of machine..would give negative 5 stars if i could

Sitting in the ER for 3 hours now cause my son hurt his ankle/foot.. xray tech said its broke so they said go sit in the lobby and wait for a doctor..just to come back and request more xrays and tell us to wait more. What the hell this place doesnt care about anyone even herd a nurse complaining that there are so many people.. would give it negative stars if I could

This place has gone downhill recently. They have lost some good doctors because of bad management. They are money hungry. Their nurses are not top notch, all their good nurses left to SWMC.

Was In hospital overnight for surgery! Was on floor 2. I was very happy about the care I receive! Dr. Meza is an amazing physician with the personality and bedside manner to match! My nurses were also wonderful! I would very much recommend CCMH!

Checked in this afternoon. Ms. Lane the admitting lady was very kind and very sweet. She informed us that the wait will be awhile and did apologize in advance. She was doing a million things at once and never snapped an attitude. She remained her smile. When she was getting calls from the back of E.R., snapping at her. She called her surpervisor and explain the situation in such a professional manner. She kept her smile and apologized once again for the awaiting wait. Good job girl. Keep it up

This is the 3rd time we have been to there orthopedic center the first time it took over 3 hours to get X-rays and a cast out on my daughter then the second visit we sat in the lobby for over a hour and half past her appointment before we got up and left and now the 3rd time we have been sitting in the lobby for over a hour past her appointment time it’s amazing the way this place manages time and lets people sit around for hours for an appointment that should take 15min it’s not like kids don’t have school to go to or people have jobs

The worst hospital, with rude, racist employees. Today I saw the ER full of policemen escorting criminal or victims. I felt safer in Afghanistan than in this one star hospital. Southwestern has friendly employees, is cleaner and safer. Big mistake I made today, u was discriminated, harassed by a big woman that came to my face like she wanted to hurt me. Three hours wasted in the wrong place, but never again.

My son, who has down syndrome, and is 27, on the mentality of a 5 year old, went in for a hernia repair surgery on July 2nd. He had complications from his surgery and sadly passed away in ICU on July 23rd. His doctors who took care of him were wonderful, however, there were a few nurses in ICU who were AWFUL to him, and clearly need training with special needs patients. They were very very rude and disrespectful to my son and his needs. They treated him as though he had no feelings at all during his last few days of life. My son was not on a ventilator like most ICU patients. He was alert and understood everything going on around him. I never left his side. These few nurses acted as though they just didnt even want to deal with him everytime they walked in his room. Their bedside manner was the worst Ive ever seen. Its sad that my son had to be treated like this the last few days of his life.

Every single staff member that we've met has been hands down the most supportive kindest and caring health care providers we've ever met. We have had 7 other children and have never come anywhere close to the experience here. You're hospital should be a model for all hospitals. Took my fiancé there because she's been sick for weeks. She was seen on Friday night there and was told to follow up today with LCHC. Well because she got worse, I had to take her back last night. The Dr's and her nurse were beyond rude and demeaning. She's been puking non stop for 15 days, has low potassium and several internal infections (they told her Friday) and she cannot keep her meds down long enough to help. (Anti nausea, Potassium and antibiotics) Well last night, they took urine (just to test for pregnancy) and gave her saline. They took her blood, but refused to send it to the lab to run any tests to check her levels. Her heart rate and blood pressure was very low and it kept setting off her monitor, but all they did was utterly ignore it. They badgered her and accused her of not taking the medications prescribed because she's getting sicker and then immediately discharged her. This is so wrong!! When will it stop?!? These Dr's treat everyone like they are med seekers and are not properly treating the patients that need it!! What happens if she dies from this? Does her family get to sue for lack of proper medical treatment?

This hospital sucks. I had full blown strep and after waiting hours to be seen, they basically turned me away. They refused to swab me or write me any prescriptions to help aid with my sickness. I went to Southwestern and got seen right away, along with medicine to help me. I will never go to this hospital again, I don’t care if I’m dying. If I could them negative stars, I would. Oh and they will garnish you if you don’t pay your bill. I see them in court every time I go for evictions for my job.

@TeamCCMH when a doctor tells me “you will be better suited seeing a doctor in okc” let’s me know you don’t care about my condition. As a sickle cell patient, I shouldn’t have to suffer in your hospital. Tired of getting treated like a drug seeker because I’m not. Shame on you. you can’t take me off a medication that is working for me and give me a medication that I have at home, that’s not working for me. My mom chose this ER after a fall she had. I wish she wouldn’t have. The doctor wasn’t in the least bit concerned about her overall safety and well being, just getting her in and out. He patronized me the entire time like I’m a child that couldn’t understand what he was telling me. Thank God for the nurses on duty or my experience would’ve been even worse. I WILL NOT advise my mother, myself, or ANY loved one of mine to go to CCMH if they have any other option.

Have been waiting for 6 hours... 6 hours! Knee injury that isn’t just “mild” as classified by them. Every hour it keeps getting worse. My career basically depends on my knees and my ability to move around. I’m basically being seen after the “flu” patients who have gone in and out in minutes. 7 people have been discharged and it’s been 2 hours or more with being not being called. And yet, I’m writing this as I am STILL waiting to be called in to be seen.

Outpatient and the clinics are great, but if you happen to have to go to the ER and you’re NOT in a complete life threatening condition don’t even waste your time... Half of the employees are very lackadaisical and rude. Bottom line, go to Southwest medical if you have to. Period.

I’m still here and i have seizures which they have not given my medicine to me because they said there waiting on my nuero dr. I don’t know who to believe cuz I’ve asked for case worker or director of hospital and still nothing yet. I might have to call the United States labor board or lawyer.

The administration department of this hospital is absolutely laughable. My wife was ordered a tilt test from the Cardiovascular Center, and when we showed up to the Outpatient Center for her test 3 days later, they had no record of her. We sat for 45 minutes waiting for the clerk to schedule a whole new test, and trying to decipher whatever the Cardio clerk put into the system. The systems don't correlate with each other, and no one knows what the hell is going on. I thought military hospitals were frustrating, but this carnival sideshow of a "hospital" takes the cake.

What happened to the nurses on the cardivascular ward 3. My mother had many blood clots in her legs and lungs. I told them no morphine because it causes severe pressure in her chest. Do they listen hell no. She suffered because of their stupidity and the doctor.She was never given iv fluids. Wth! I told them she needs it stat. She said ill check with the doctor. I said check hell i said now! She got it. She then said her chart says npo. Then she said wait. Oh no that was last night. Are you kidding me? The doctor called me at home and said he was personally going to go with the nurse to take her to icu for better care. Bleach blondy nurse there has attitude because i ask a question. Well watch my attitude tomorrow. Ill rip her a new one.
