I have gone to TCN for four years. I have had issues with about half of the people I have been assigned to there. It took a long time but I am finally with someone who seems to genuinely care about my well being. She listens to me when we discuss meds. I did Dialectical Behavioral Therapy there. I highly recommend the DBT classes

My mother has been a patient with TCN for over a decade. Her condition had been hard on her and the rest of her family, me included; I am her guardian and TCN's administrative staff, nurses, and case managers have been so patient with us and helped us out tremendously. They aren't perfect but they're HUMAN. I love this company and I'm grateful for the weight they have lifted off my family's shoulders. Tip: If you want to be treated well, treat THEM well

I had and appoinment with a doctor t obe seen, the doctor was 30 minutes late to the app and nobody told me.I got there at 9 and at 930 i went to the window and asked about it. The staff said she was running behind and was still with the other person. I asked why I was not told when I checked in, they shrugged their sholders. I canneceled the app becaue I had set aside an amount of time and they had eaten a third of it already. So i called TCN the one in Xenia and they told me that the chief needed to "review" if I could reshedule. I recived a phone call back saying that they were not going to reshedule the app and I asked why they said it would be best for my primary care doctor to take care of it, i expressed i dont have one and that I deserve to be seen. So I get a phone call from my therapist trying to get me to go all this for that. Then I reciceved another call about even more this for that. So at this point I was done I had been turned down and was told they could not help me even though I was lerterally crying out for help. I wish no ill will against anyone there but I will be taking my issue as high as it will go. I am greatly disappointed by TCN.

Awesome staff, never had any issues with anyone. Sometimes waits are long, but that's expected with the drug crisis we have. There are more & more people seeking help.

If I could give lower than a 1 star rating, I would. I wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy. Every therapist reccomended to me has been... Unattentive at best and sketchy at worst. Likely won't go back, especially since other branches know how bad Xenia TCN is.

This place has definitely went out of thier way to help me I transitioned from another state and went wayy down ony medication and felt fine I feel the only way that you could have an issue is if your not truly seeking sobriety, there is a wait at times but it is what it is try and get there on time if not simply call

These docters and staff are not good with disabled people u can never get ahold of the docters when u call and they have only giving me medication that nearly killed me if my mom didn't call poison control so if your ever thinking about going here for disabilities medication management u better have poison control on speed dial
