This place is lowbudget and pure trash!!! You go there for help and they are overly critical and judge mental ! I am more stressed to the problem then help no consideration ! Dr. Manjula kottapalli. Who is very harsh and Overly critical!! She talks more than she listens! She disrupts me instead of assisting me! I really don't like seeing her! I feel like a mouse about to get chased and clawed but a cat.She is rude and not empathetic in Regards to my mental health! And very judgmental! Her words do not match her actions!!

They close your case on you and you try to get it reopened and they tell you they’ll figure out what’s going on and call you back and two weeks later still no damn call! I have been going to this place for years and throughout my teen years into my 30s now I have seen many nurses, counselors, and psychiatrist. They are well qualified and if you are honest with EVERYTHING they will help you and it will work for you!!

One thing is for sure, If you go to this facility normal, you will leave insane. They tell you what you want to hear and not the truth! No Wonder I've Been told NORD stands for..."Not One Real Doctor" If you think your going to see a doctor, they will be sure you see their Nurse that they claim just because she can write a prescription she can also "ACT" as a Psychiatrist too! WOW..2 for the price of 1. In this case it's not about getting a deal, its about getting better and although I am not or never have been a patient this is what happens with your loved ones that go there for help. They agree with you that you go there because you state you have "Financial Problems" Then they suggest divorce after 33 years because your husband can not make up the salary of the job you quit without notice. They tell you to use more of your SS money to spend on your self because you charged up all you credit cards and got yourself into debt. Because "You deserve something new" and your in debt because remember, your husband could not make your salary on top of his salary already, so he is considered a "Loser". You tell your client that once your divorce is final you will be a much happier person, because you will have gotten rid of the man that you spent the past 33 years with and was wonderful to you. But when that day comes and your not better your told well....."Divorce is like a death"...you have to grieve, even though your the one who wanted it. And then when you turn your entire family away, your told by your social worker that "You really have a Dysfunctional Family" Not the truth, that you caused the dysfunction. You make threats to kill yourself or others, and call the Crisis line and your family that calls is told, the patient is "Looking for Attention" . WOW!! I would totally recommend this facility to you if your looking to go insane and have no family support, because in the end your Social Worker will help you out! NOT! Very SAD!

The Nord Center does a fairly good job in providing counseling services and everything related to it. They have people available to help outside of normal business hours which is helpful for scheduling appointments. That said, do not use their pharmacy if you are able to do so. I have to use their pharmacy to receive my medication and every single time I need to pick up or refill a prescription, there is always an issue. The system they use must not be connected to the system everyone else in the building uses because they constantly have no record of things that are easily accessible by everyone else in the building. It frustrating because I shouldn't have to feel like I'm jumping through hoops to try and get something that I have been told I'm receiving. tl;dr Counseling services are great, but stay far away from their pharmacy.

Many of the latter who have worked at Nord have came from countries where their elitist families brainwashed them into believing they are superior, in every aspect, to all other people. No doubt a reaction formation to the all that surrounds them in their obviously misogynist countries of origin. They hate American exceptionalism because it has actually been achieved through hard work and creative, divergent thinking, not hereditary family entitlement. This is why I think a certain immigrant psychiatrist/psychoanalyst, of a certain last name, became totally unhinged on the campus of Yale University and went into a extremely hateful and racist rant, during which she said she would derive a great deal of pleasure (IMO, indicative of a sadistic personality) by carrying out a murderous attack on a white person, and then watching their blood gush out, all over the place, while they slowly die a painful death.
