This place is... horrible. First of all, the doctors do NOT understand the disease that addiction is. The nurses are more knowledgeable than the doctors/counselors that work there, the counselors have NO certification. Almost EVERY person who works there, or has worked there has breached doctor/patient confidentiality to the point where there IS NO confidentiality. The way this business is run, is absolutely horrific, the treatment of the patients is just gross, they are treated like secondary beings, like they have no worth, simply because they have an addiction. There are very few REAL advocates working in that building. The staff is very judgmental and do NOT care about you or what you are going through. The doctors, nurses, and counselors are negligent. Multiple patients have overheard them gossiping about their own patients. Now for the real issue, the doctors. They do not want to help, they only care about the business’ image. They regularly dose OBVIOUSLY inebriated patients. They knowingly overdose patients as well, patients that have later died due to their lack of conscience and empathy. Never in my life have I seen a greater lack of empathy for human beings. The sad part about this is, a lot of these patients do not know their rights, and they know this. They use this to their advantage, so that they can pressure patients into signing forms and such noting that they cannot sue the business. They have proven time and time again that they only care about themselves and the way they look as a business. I would give less than one star if I could.

I recently moved to California and needed to find a clinic right away, after talking to many places , alt rerecovery group in California was the kindest, most caring , place hands down. They made it so simple to get transferred from Arizona and helping me set up transportation . Michelle, the nurse and program director has helped me from day one, she has went beyond her job duties to make me feel comfortable. Awesome place.

This is the only methadone clinic in town. The staff is great, they treat everyone fairly. They are very strict and professional, which I greatly appreciate. Alt is a godsend it has helped many people recover from opiate addiction and helped many people that are wanting to get off their opiate based medications.

I came here looking for help and was met with incompetence and a total lack of compassion by the doctor and counselors. Where to begin? First off, if you're looking for a doctor who uses best practices in MMT then you will not find that here. He could not care less about you as a patient. The counselors are also the worst! Especially the tall blonde lady. She wrote in my chart that I had my children taken away-NOT TRUE! Also, they refused to dose me because i didn't want to get tested for Syphilis. I do not have syphilis so i don't understand why i am being forced to do a medically unnecessary test that has absolutely nothing to do with trying to get clean. I have been to another clinic so i know that this is NOT how a good clinic should operate. TOTAL JOKE!

Worst place I'd there was another alot would leave the staff are all lie jerks who don't help they also use drugs themselves and then they get away with it they have rules of on us no drinking all this but yet the staff drinks smokes weed does all kinds of s*** the head counts and arles is a horrible person I really really think she needs to leave and get out of there nobody likes her the second one is Miss Nikki no one likes her either cuz she judges people too much the doctors and a****** he drops people so much he he's an a****** he's a hypocrite there's a lot of bad stuff at this clinic this connects the most worst one I mean they sell drugs in the parking lot there's fights I mean it's horrible here please State make another one
