I see Michelle Hill and she has been wonderful! There is sometimes a long wait, but it’s worth it to me. She treats me well, and doesn’t judge me. She has helped me through lots of stuff and I’d recommend her any day.

Haven't had the best experience. Felt discriminatory. Seem to only cater to minorities. I had a great experience with them about 10 yrs ago. But they have changed a lot.

My primary Physician Assistant is Bethany Levy. I have always received excellent health care from "Doctor" Levy and support staff. Bethany Levy always takes her time listening to my concerns. She never seems rushed. She is proactive about about my care. For example, she advised me about taking a statin drug. I have also been diagnosed as having Type II diabetes. She encouraged me to enroll in One World's diabetic educational program. I entered the program with an A1C of 10. I ended the program with an A1C of 6.5. i feel very confident when coming to One World for my health care needs.

They call Physician Assistants "Doctors" That is plain WRONG! It's misleading and unethical. The rude phone person I had the misfortune of speaking to was Victoria. She is who insisted "this is how we do things here-we call PA's doctors. Wow. Unbelievable! It kind of makes me wonder what other lies they tell their patients. I spent 15 mins on hold when I spoke with Juanita this morning-with none of my questions answered because she couldn't get a nurse on the phone. Then I called back at 4:40 and was stuck on hold waiting for another nurse-Diana who never did pick up the phone. They had no problem wasting 30 mins of my time today, they have absolutely NO idea what they are doing, they are rude and completely inept.

Been coming here for years because I live close by, Takes forever once your in the room waiting for the doctor to come in.Doctors need to listen to there patients more! I have had two doctors here that needs more work on there professionalism, one of them her name is Kim the other one I don't recall. I will have to ask next time, I will not be having her as my doctor next time!.........

They take forever to get back to you I took my little brother in Because he was complaining about his ears hurting they checked him out and it took about 50 minutes to get back to us the doctor came in and did a brief check and left she sent in a nurse to put some medication in his ear and she said she would be back in 3 minutes to take it out and clean his ears she took 15 minutes to get back to us! Then she left and I took the doctor another 40 minutes to get back in it was horrible little kids can't stand or sit still for a long time. Horrible patient care

Very unprofessional! They can't direct your calls because they just send a message to whoever you need to speak to, and they will return your call whenever they can. If you miss it, you'll only get a voicemail saying to return the call & its only a cycle that never ends until you actually pick up. I made an appointment, received a text saying to cancel text 2 back, so I did. Two weeks later I receive a letter in the mail saying I didnt show up to my appointment & to cancel next time instead of not showing up...just to name a few of the bad experiences

Pharmacy tech told me my Rx ran out. I'll die without that med, and it was Saturday, so the doctor couldn't be called. Monday I go out of town. My spouse went back later & insisted on a pharmacist consult. Turns out I have 4 months left on my prescription. Pretty reckless handling of someone's life

I went to get flu shot.i had a appointment and I got there and nobody that was working there knew nothing about it.i went to all of the buildings around the stock yards and nobody knew nothing.i would highly recommend not going up there ever.very terrible service

Have had serious medical illness in the past. Was told by a doctor I was lying about it. I had 5 hospitalizations records sent to her. She never appolgized. Always get terrible service, long waits. Called to get dental appointment 5 times leaving message for an emergency. 5 times with no call back. Only go if you need to go here.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. I had my first appointment for prenatal care in January. When I showed up, they informed me that my appointment had been cancelled. They said they had called me multiple times and each time someone picked up and said it was the wrong number. I then asked what number they had on file only to find the number they had was correct. However, I have a 408 number and this is a 402 area code. I explained this to the (very rude) receptionist and asked if that may have been an error made by the staff only to have her insist, "This *was* the number that was called." I proceeded to take out my phone and show her that I had no missed calls from their office on that day. She just kept saying there was nothing they could do, didn't even offer to reschedule my appointment (I had to ask that) Eventually I said, "Is there nothing I can do today? I drove all the way from North Omaha. Can I not even take a pregnancy test?" To which she responded YES but only if I went to their Quick Sick clinic down the street... Again, I had to ask about this, she did NOT offer any help. So I went to that clinic, took my test (after I explained the situation I had at prenatal) and then was told that it wouldn't count towards my treatment and I would have to take it again during my next prenatal appointment. WHAT! If I had known that I would have just gone home!! When I made my complaint with the doctor, she told me my insurance would not be charged for my troubles and I left fairly happy. (But my insurance was charged for that visit anyway!) My following prenatal visit was so bad I had to leave in the middle of it. I was seen early and spent 90% of the 2 hour appointment alone in the doctors office waiting. I was not given a sheet to fill out any of my current medications (one of which is very specific and had to be dealt with care while pregnant) and by the time I saw the doctor she told me I could not be treated there. I didn't have any examination, no time for labs (the clinic was closing by the time i left) only the doctor asking me 4 questions to determine that $85 dollar visit was unnecessary. I was fuming! Then she left me to wait even longer for patient services to come help me pick a new clinic. By that time I had had enough and went to the nurses station to tell them I had to leave to pick up my step son because it was 2 hours passed my scheduled appointment time. I saw my doctor shake her head in disappointment out of the corner of my eye. How rude! I will never patronize this clinic again. I've heard great things about their clinic for other, less long term things, but the prenatal care was HORRIBLE! I am now getting my prenatal care at the women's hospital on 190th and Dodge in Elkhorn and it is 1000x better! Yes, it is more costly and no, I'm not rolling in riches, but I plan on this being my only child and I want my care to at least be decent! I've been getting WAY better than decent there, it's fantastic.

Suffer from debilitating migraines so I would miss my dr apt time to time and was told dr wanted me to call in the day of to see if he would take me each day I needed to go in. He NEVER followed up on my meds or referals. Took 3-4 months for a c-pap machine. One time I needed an apt so I set it up at in the woman clinic because my dr was out (he always was) & reception didn't get my info to register me so the dr I was seeing was rude, disrespectful and tild me she only had 15 minutes, & asked me what I needed? She checked on the nurse who was taking my bood pressure to tell him not to take info from me as she was already being rude at this time. Then I didn't tell the "male Nurse" in a woman's clinic additional female issues she was agitated & rude again. I walked out that apt telling he she had the worst bedside manner and walked out the pt door saing that was the worst dr apt ever! Tried to call 2x to discuss it with a head department but NO ONE returned my calls. I went to my dr & I HAD TO FILL OUT A HOW DEPRESSED AM FORM! I'm depressed at times but that had nothing to do with how that dr in women's clinic treated me. I had every right to walk out any office in which I am being misctreated & can tell them why! That doesn't make me out of my head, it makes me an advocate for my rights. Found out my dr was head of the dr and because I suffer from depression they turned out her problem & ASSumed it was me. Heard later that dr in women's clinic has attitude issues. My dr just ASSUMED negative of me because I miss apts (due to extreme pain) & his lack of ability to get pts what they need. I go elsewhere now! Great counseling & social workers there. Always see a social worker if you need assistance & dr doesn't follow through.

Absolutely DO NOT go here for any type of care if you have any type of option ... it is horrible service. The staff was rude, misinformed and took 30+ min to answer the phone any time of day every day of the week

I am to the point where I am sick of them it has just been one thing after another over and over :/ today was the last straw of I went in for my prenatal care and told them I have had an ear ache for x amount of time, the person looked at it confirmed I had and ear infection said she would prescribe me ear drops. I leave and come to find out when I go to finally pick them up, they never sent anything!!!! Call after hours place to see if they can fix it cause my ear really hurts and I want it to start getting better, they aren't able to relay any of the info and they can't prescribe any medicine after hours. (Even though they have done this for me before just for a different issue so I know that is not true) and I will have to call back tomorrow as they don't leave notes... Which the lady time I called it took over 3 hours to get ahold of someone!!! And there were two times I got hung up on in a row!!! This is soo frustrating!!!!! Ugggg

One World Reception SUCKS

I have tried to call back to confirm something for my appointment and while on hold they have hung up on me not one time, not TWO times, not THREE times, but FOUR TIMES now. I've spent over 40 minutes on hold to be hung up on literally every time since I made the appointment and have no way to ask a SIMPLE QUESTION. I'm supposed to go in now and trust this company with my health?? Come on.
