They seem a little unorganized. I showed up for my first scheduled appointment and apparently no one had entered it into the system. The staff did do their best to resolve the issue and i was able to meet with someone that day. I have yet to speak with a doctor, due to the confusion during my first appointment. I will alter my rating as needed once i do. From first glance, staff is compassionate and friendly.

The staff seemed to have smiles on thier faces and the front desk, shorter brownheaded girl was easy to approach and talk with. Can't remember her name though. Thanks everyone, Dakota.

Dont have care for patients issues. Repetitive service, you see the dr schedule an appointment, see the dr schedule an appointment but the dr never really shows concern for the issues just refills prescriptions and sends you on your way again

1 * because there is no 0 place is awful. Just the headache of getting a prescription refilled is enough to put anybody off. They will hold you hostage with your prescriptions Zantac or xanax it doesn't matter you won't get a refill without a visit. Theyll give you a 30 day supply but schedule you for your next visit 60 days out then when you run out of medication they'll give you just enough to get you to the next visit. God forbid you miss that one cuz then you're screwed.

My wife has not been treated correctly since she started going here. They cancel appointments and reschedule them without notice and they are rude. The Doctor there is awesome but the staff is pitiful and gives a bad name to the company as a whole. How can you be a behavioral health center and treat people the way you do. It is unjust and wrong on every level. The should fire all the receptionist and start over!!

This place is a joke. Very judgemental. I just went for my first appt and they had me talk to the Dr through a tv monitor! They were extremely rude and tried to act holier than thou. What a disgrace. I only tried out this place because it's so close to home but I will happily be going back to PAKC.

The guy my son sees don't speak very good English, and I have a hard time understanding him but there is no one else for him to see. And the staff are very unprofessional. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

These guys are incompetent. They don't return phone calls and are impossible to get a hold of. It took 6 days to get a prescription refill out of them.

My mother and i had a appointment back to back here on feb 23. They claimed that there was no appointment for either of us. Regardless of if it was in the system or not that is not our fault and we should not have to wait 2 more weeks for the appointment that was supposed to be today. Again NOT OUR FAULT, why should we be the ones to pay for it?

Company is a joke... Unprofessional. Check in takes 10-15 minutes every time when you dont have to wait in line. Waited 7 months to get child seen for ADD. Told they were booked from Oct until first of year. Had to wait until Jan to make appointment. Finally got appointment made then was rescheduled. During rescheduling was need to have child evaluated by psychologist before seeing psychiatrist. Made new appointment. That was canceled and needed rescheduling. While rescheduling was told the doctor chosen wasn't a child psychologist. Made another appointment. Finally got in last week of February. Needed 6 session before we could finish evaluation. 2 more sessions rescheduled. Psychologists and psychiatrist offices are cold and uninviting, hear people talking through walls (not clearly) uncomfortable chairs. Did not like psychologist but didnt want to go through process again. Everything had to follow a multiple choice program on thier computer. Didnt know what to do when the answers to the questions didnt match. Finally got first appointment with psychiatrist mid April. Then was rescheduled again for mid May. If you have options dont come here. It is like going to a state ran facility ie.. welfare office or health dept.

I may have had a good experience with this place, but Pathways literally put my friend in the hospital. My friend was there, made an appointment, and my girlfriend was with her. When she returned for her appointment, the bitchy receptionist claimed, to a person with a severe anxiety disorder, that she had no appointment. My friend's husband then talked to bitchy receptionist and demanded that she see someone, as she had an appointment. Refusal, refusal, refusal. My friend had a severe panic attack and was screaming in the lobby. They would not let her husband take her to the hospital because bitchy receptionist claimed that he was abusive. So there you go. If you need actual help, I entreat you to STAY AWAY FROM PATHWAYS.

My son was referred to CAP emergency services by a crisis helpline. To be seen for suicidal thoughts and substance abuse. After his visit, the counselor he saw walked him out with a referral to a chiropractor and a massage therapist. He looked me straight in the eyes and said he did not meet their criteria for addiction and that since he didn't have a specific plan for suicide that he wasn't suicidal. If you have a loved one in crisis, take them anywhere but here. I can not even imagine the amount of blood on their hands.
