SCAMMERS! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They’ve tried to charge me the SAME BILL OVER 5 TIMES. I paid the bill the first two times and they’ve RELENTLESSLY sent me notices that I owe the exact same amount I’ve already paid twice. I SAW SOMEONE ONCE OVER A YEAR AGO AND THEY’RE TRYING TO STILL GET ME TO PAY BILLS THAT I HAVE CONFORMATION OF PAYMENT ON. SCAMMERS. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a lot of problems with this place. The receptionists confused my appointment days/times and at times I noticed appointments were actually made for me when I never even made them. The therapist I had treated me like I wasn’t an equal to her, acted like a superior, sat in the high chair. Noticed this within the first five minutes of meeting her. “No big deal” I thought because she just has to get to know me throughout the session and the ones after but that never changed. Could just be her “style” but it had me feeling like I was this “messed up” person for having the problems I have. She frequently asked throughout the session if I “understood” while I clearly understood the entire time, it felt degrading. Felt worse leaving than I did coming in. When I decided to leave for good, the receptionist said I “must” speak with the therapist directly about it but I said I didn’t want to. She transferred me anyway and I very politely said to her that I’m considering more options. She made it all about her and asked a lot of questions like: “Did I say or do anything off-putting? I’d like to know so I can improve.” It was really uncomfortable.

I don\'t have a real positive review. I didn\'t feel like I clicked with the counselors and they either couldn\'t relate to me or just didn\'t seem like they had the time. Also I\'ve tried more than several times to get them to fax in paperwork to the courts and dmv I\'ve been trying for 9 months and still nothing. I\'ve had others try like my po or my counselor from The Haven and they were told the same lies by Mr Cassidy that it will be sent. In the past, 14yrs ago, he was great. I will say The Haven is a better outpatient treatment program the counselors are awesome.
