The have NO respect for allergies when it comes to food. I told them I am allergic to the smell of seafood and they cook it ANYWAY!!!!! The staff also love to push their opinions on the clients!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

The staff lies.The daily encounters are almost unbearable.if you are committed they will try and get your commitment extended or have you recommited even if you are doing well.For the love of Pete,do NOT come here.It is a joke and the staff is mean.They do not care.they are passive aggressive and they act like they think they\'re better than you.Blatant favoritism also runs rampant throughout this facility.The staff is ignorant and uneducated.what a bunch of clowns.Please God get me out of here please.

I highly recommend Willow Haven. It honestly changed my life and saved my life honest to God. My counselor was Sunita. Not gonna lie she was tough and blunt but that’s what I really needed. Jimmy was another counselor that really helps me and goalsetting. The food here was amazing, Clients got to pick what was on the menu. We also got to make the food which is very therapeutic for me. I highly recommend it’s mental health facility.

I'm still suffering the consequences of what I went through while i was in willow Haven. When it comes down to it, the truth and honesty don't matter there. they try to instill in you that it does, but they don't have to follow it themselves. the one thing I was able to glean from my "therapist" is that you cant trust anyone, especially if they pretend to care.

Honestly I’m a keep it real some staff are nice while other staff were disrespectful when I was there the food was good but the groups were mainly around drugs treatment and I was there for mental health and when I was there I was being bullied by One of the girls there and no one stepped in and did anything and when I lost my cool and did some thing about it I was in the wrong and I got sent to the hospital to the psych ward even though she had been bullying me for my duration. There For majority time being there so basically I had just been standing up for myself and then the cop had the audacity to ask if she wanted to press charges on me now I shouldn’t have hit her I get that but she should have not been bullying me every single day also while I was there one of the staff members gave me one of the other patients medication’s and told me to take them because she thought they were my medication and I told her that they were not my medication and she did not believe me and she told me to take them and I told her they were not my medication’s and she kept pressuring me and I took them because she kept pressuring me and then when she realized her mistake she told me that I shouldn’t have took the medication if they weren’t mine even though she gave me the medication’s and pressured me into taking them and told me to take them people were disrespectful they’re rude They pick favorites they lie and honestly this review probably is going to get taken down for being truthful and honest but I’m a keep it real one day I’m going to sue this place when I get enough money
