Been through the inpatient program twice. The first time around was an okay experience. The techs and med staff are very diligent and helpful. However, there are only a few quality counselors and they have a hard time retaining talent. They have also gone down hill rapidly the past year as they have transitioned CEOs and have become very driven by the dollar vs going the distance for patient needs. They also refuse to work much with clients on individualizing aftercare and force the cookie cutter step down model onto those in the legal system. So far my stay at their halfway house has been atrocious. Short staffed and they do nothing to help clients get gainful employment and do many things to discourage it. Also have a 6pm curfew which makes it hard to learn or relearn being in the community doing sober activities.
