RUN, I REPEAT, RUN FROM THIS PLACE!! Do not go there or send a loved one here for care! Our story is too long to post here. But, let’s just say, we have a drastically different diagnosis from a highly reputable practice. Our loved one is still recovering from being overly medicated with the wrong drugs. Rude staff to families. All we learned was this was to only facility that had room at the time. Gee, I wonder why??? We should have read reviews prior to allowing our loved one to be there.

There were no high standards really. It was quite terrible. The food was always lukewarm, I'm quite positive that one day the meat I had was soiled. We only met maybe once a day not even all days for group sessions. They keep you there longer than they need to and most people generally seem scared in that place. It was really not am ideal way to help me get better. It felt robotic....I never want to send anyone there. There are only a few people that I know on staff that actually helped me. They helped me accomplish nothing.

I found the staff to be uncaring and ill informed - demonstrated by abrupt calls, unanswered calls and being hung up on several times. Family members are left on hold, given the run around and treated with little, if any respect or empathy. The social worker is unprofessional and comes off as uncaring and rude by talking over you and not listening. So sad that they care for people who need help and empathy.

Terrifying and depressing. Felt like i was in a third world jail. No fresh air, the psychiatrist twists your story and words to make sure you stay there for as long as insurance will pay for. Dull days filled with nothing to do but pace and make you even crazier! Unbelievable that a place like this exists.

Understandable as my concerns grew so did impatience and intolerance for lack of communication which was met with disrespect and unprofessionalisum. When requesting a supervisor or someone with authority or knowledge of her tretreatment or release date I was transferred to a voice-mail box that was full or the phone line would disconnect, this happened several times. During her stay she was given no treatment, help or helpful options to address the issues that caused this to happen. Just a foot note, I'm an over the road trucker so all this occurred while I was out of town.
