Not impressed with faith at this clinic.. I am not sure of her medical degree but she could not even give me a taper chart, I understand some doctors don’t want to prescribe Benzos. But I was asking for help off with no help, or info on how to do it. all I got was go to the urgent care, I don’t think it’ll be life threatening coming off 3 1 mlg a day. Some of these doctors need to experience what it’s like withdrawal! Even tho my blood pressure was 188 over 109 while trying to taper I also said three times I’d need my blood pressure meds called in and didn’t get that either. I asked for a letter of recommendation that I needed from all doctors for scripts I’m written ( I can write it in my notes ) that isn’t a letter for a official with your signature. Just unprofessional or doesn’t want to do the extra work. Not impressed for someone with mental health issues to get no help at the most known mental health facility in town!

Our doctor at Pine Rest is great but the customer service could be drastically improved. Answering machine says to have pharmacy call in prescriptions, which we have done repeatedly. Pine Rest tries to blame the pharmacy when I know the pharmacy called it in. Pine Rest says they will call us back multiple times but never do. Technician said we should ignore the Pine Rest phone message instructions and call prescriptions in ourselves 3-5 days ahead of time. Even when we do that it doesn’t always work.So now our son is without his medication for 4 days and our doctor is out until Monday. Frustrating.

What a joke. Cancelled appointments on us without notice, failed to mail us paperwork that was required prior to being seen so cancelled a second appointment...how they expect to treat anyone when it's impossible to get in I have no idea.

NP Laurie Anger never had eye contact. I asked her TWICE if she wanted me to get my records from my prior psychiatrist bc I had a severe manic episode 5 yrs ago & didn’t remember the name of the med I was on then. She said NO, not necessary! So what did she do but put me on that very medication, then ignore me for more than a month as I de compensated, got suicidal (in writing to her in text messages), but she just kept increasing that WRONG med! I finally called the prior psychiatrist myself and got the name of the med, let Laurie know what she was doing to me and mentioned “medication error,” at which time she immediately changed my medication and dropped me from her care, said I “should have caught it sooner bc I had access to the same records as she did! Then told me that I had to find someone else bc she couldn’t help me anymore.” Okay … That’s fine. I got out before she could harm me so I’m a lucky one. RUN from this clinic. The office staff is just as bad as the providers.
