Took 4 hrs to see my psychiatrist, waiting in the lobby. And yes, i had a scheduled appointment. Expect to wait from the time you get here to a max of 4 hours. Not joking at all. Ive been here an hour already waiting for the case worker. Also, the interior of the building is absolutely disgustingly too color for any mental health pt.

Dr.S is verry nice and his staff also but they are pretty slow and double book they are fast for as many ppl they have in and out a day and i go just for my meds no talking really juat hiw ur meds the same ok have nice day see u next month but let me say that waiting room orange and all that color needs to go with all the money they get feom are insurance and the double booking they should update update asap i do like the couches not chairs but they need a update to and a pop machine maybe

Everyone that works there helps so much with your needs!! If u need an appointment rescheduled they help u with that, if u need more r less therapy they work it out, help with housing, social security, psychiatrist, counselor, they help with all of it!! They even have their own transportation so they can assist in making all of your appointments!! Great staff that is friendly n they move pretty fast too!!

I even called the office multiple times to make sure I got the right time and day. Multiple doctors would completely miss appointments and never reschedule. I had to tell them I was no longer interested in receiving services three times already. No one ever cared to ask why or tried to make it better. People always say that it's hard finding a good match with a therapist, but I honestly don't see how anyone would benefit from going to Team Wellness. No one listened to my needs and just wasted my time.
