Was there for three days for treatment and couldn’t have gone any better. The staff was friendly food was good with a wide range to choose from. Beds are confortable and most seemed to be own rooms if not all. Highly recommend this hospital

From going in to the ER with chest pain to emergency gallbladder surgery the doctors and nurses were amazing. They really listen to you and work with you to customize a plan to get you better. Special shout-out to the nurses on the fourth floor you are absolutely amazing helpful funny and kind, and went out of your way to make my stay more bearable. Thank you for all you do.

Becky the finance supervisor department at the Midland location was so great to work with. I had been going back and fourth with my insurance company on a bill that had not been funded and did not have a pleasant experience with a couple of the ladies you first reach when calling the finance department at Midland, so I eventually asked to be put in touch with a supervisor and Becky went above and beyond in guiding me through the process in which finally four months later my insurance company funded our medical bill. Becky defiantly did her part on helping us through that time. She is great at her job and has an excellent personality. Thanks Becky!

I had an excellent experience. I was in this facility for two days because of a surgery replacing two discs in my neck. Everyone was excellent, I couldn't have had a better experience. The staff was very kind and caring and the food was amazing. If I ever have the need for another procedure, I will request MidMich Medical Center (Midland Mi)

First, WTH! I have no idea why my daughter’s name came up on this review, as she has never been treated at this facility!! My name is Barbara Konuszewski and I have had at least ELEVEN (11) MRI’s on my head, with and without contrast at MidMichigan, Midland campus. I have traveled to this location for the many MRI’s because of the HD goggles that MMMC provided. To say what a difference those goggles make is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Having the distraction of watching a show (even if you can’t hear it) makes the time in the machine go by more quickly. Imagine my disappointment when the last time I went, the googles weren’t working and I was told they weren’t going to repair or replace them. I IMPLORE the hospital to reconsider that decision. Do the decision-makers know what it is like to be in a closed MRI machine for 40 minutes? And, why would the hospital have no problem offering sedation drugs instead? I have reactions to medications, and do not want that risk. I have been extremely happy with every staff person I have come into contact with at MMMC, but the HD goggles were the reason I traveled to your facility. If I have to go through more MRI’s without goggles, I will just schedule them at my local hospital. I ask you to please, please, reconsider the comfort of the patients you serve and reinstate the use of the HD goggles for MRI’s.
