My S.O. has been through the ringer with this facility. The Individual who answers the phone, if she answers the phone is insanely unprofessional and either has no idea what she's doing, doesn't care or both. One of the Individual ladies that does the testing that is "Only there on Tuesdays" will forget to sign the test then tell you to come in and have the situation fixed but dodge any all efforts to follow through on correcting her mistakes. A family friend of ours had all of his testing "lost" by this facility. If you use this place you may need to prepare to have your lawyer subpoena the signed testing from them... In the medical office I work in this things are grounds for write ups and job termination... There are good people out there trying to get their lives back, contribute to their families and society...

I agree with the other comment, the woman I spoke with when I called the Lansing location was very rude and unprofessional when I called to get my drug testing pin#. I was literally instructed to call for instructions on what to do and get my pin info, so I'm assuming this is a regular part of her job, yet she acted as though it was a major inconvenience that she had to answer any of my questions. I just wanted to make sure I was getting all of the information as I was instructed to, so that I didn't make any mistakes or assumptions. She cut me off while I was asking questions and confirming the information, every word she spoke was in a very rude tone and she treated me as if I was an inconvenience. Her name was Marlanda. I would give only 1 star, but the woman actually at the testing center was super nice, warm, comforting helpful and accommodating for my first time experience. Her name was B. McVay I think.
