Absolutely the worst place to go! You literally get the worst counselors who truly don’t care about you! You are treated like your problems are nothing and you end up feeling like you’re a waste of time. You’ll get booted from the program because they don’t find your issues, interesting enough to keep them listening to you. After getting told I don’t need any counseling/ my issues aren’t concerning enough.... I tried to find another counselor with in the establishment only to get told they won’t let me continue. After a certain counselor told me that he would be more then willing to write me a letter stating that he felt that I absolutely didn’t need to continue any therapy,.... he won’t return my calls in regards to writing me this letter and hasn’t returned my calls after 4 different attempts in one month. After I didn’t get a return call from him I proceeded to try to contact his supervisor/ manager, twice who has yet to return my calls.... needless to say when you go here you will be treated like you’re not important and your issues are not worth their time!! I absolutely recommend avoiding this place and the unconcerned staff! You will just end up feeling worse then when you started!

Went there while on Medicaid, but when I switched to Medicare they dropped me like a bad habit. They didn't even tell me until I was two appointments in my Medicare coverage!

I like Summit Pointe South, only complaints are the people at the desk to check in are always on the phones. I know its apart of their job, but there's been many occasions where I've had to stand in line, and wait for people to get checked in when there's four staff sitting at the desk with three taking calls and only one checking people in/out. But I will say they are always very polite, and nice. Maybe something to work on?

There's no Doctors here. If you need medication- don't even bother. I'm on a waiting list for meds and I made my appointment in July for DECEMBER. If you want to actually get a prescription, call your medical insurance provider and find another place that can get you your meds because this place is terrible at understanding that they have a staffing crisis and a population to serve.

The front desk will forget that you are waiting. They will forget about if you need a refill in a prescription. The doctors take several months to see you. the social workers are ok. find somewhere else to go. Also the process takes to long to get you inside the program.

Doesn't care about it's patients. The only place where I've had a doctor cancel my appointments multiple times. Wouldn't recommend if you have other options.
