I have been to Timberline Knolls twice and both times I had great experiences. I believe that you get out what you put in and the staff here really helped motivate and challenge me to change. I struggled with both an eating disorder and addiction and was able to get adequate help for both. I am 3 years sober next week and I owe it to Timberline Knolls for helping me reclaim my life. I don\'t think I would be here if it wasn\'t for the help I received. I recommend them to anyone who is struggling.

Timberline Knolls was the place that helped me save my life. I notice some reviews are pretty negative and in my opinion childish. Any rehabilitation facility is hard to go to and hard to be in. I promise if you or your loved one is going for themselves. You can not go wrong here. From the cook\'s, to BHS staff, to counselors, to psychiatrists. These people have dedicated their lives to helping others excel. You have to put in the hard work to get the pay off you deserve. This is not an easy place to be or an easy thing to do. No, of course not everything is going to be easy and handed to you. That defeats the purpose of what they are trying to help you practice and understand. Work hard here. Go for yourself. Be kind. Dedicate your new life to recovery and rediscovering yourself and you will not go wrong. It will be a year in September that I checked in to Timberline Knolls, and they still reach out to me every month to see how I am doing. Don\'t go! Save your money. This place needs to give it patients a exit interview questionnaire. It is good for those who have an eating disorder as no matter what they say, ED is their specialty. The PM shift barely works. They are supposed to check in with patients twice a day. After you have been there a couple weeks, they tend to forget. They are in it for the insurance money. They will try to keep you until insurance runs out. Even go as far as to play mind games with patients to try and talk them into staying longer. If you decide you want to leave before then, you are told against treatment team advice. The website states patients may receive calls between 8 am-10 pm, not the case at all. Scheduled phone times only and you rarely get the message when a loved one calls.

Timberline knolls saved my life and gave me freedom I haven’t been in a treatment center/hospital in 3 years. Which is huge for me. PHP helped me be accountable and have support. I know it’s scary and staff and residents are very friendly and understanding. I went in there for multiple issues and they believe in me when I couldn’t. DBT has saved my life and I loved my team when I was there. Each person has there different experiences and what works for them and what doesn’t. But I wouldn’t be where I am if I didn’t go to Timberline Knolls.
