Best methadone clinic you could probably go to, I love the staff for the most part. The counselors are always so helpful. They not only help with your sobriety but also with getting acclimated into society. The counselors have a heart and truly care about their patients and their families, they will make sure to provide you with all the tools you need to succeed. Keep up the amazing work y’all are doing, it has really made such a profound impact on not only my life but my families lives! Seriously This place is way more then just an average clinic, they have helped us figure out how to live again. I know it’s super cheesy but I figured it’s the least I could do to show my appreciation.

Staff is extremely helpful and cares about each patient. They calmly and professionally put up with drug addicts. If you are wanting to stop opiate use , this is the place for you. EDIT: Most of the staff is great, there are a few of them who think they are better than you because you are an addict.

As a two year patient there, I can honestly say that the attitude and professionalism shown by the staff has always been top notch. I have never had an issue with any of the staff, especially Reuben. In fact, Reuben was extremely helpful with setting me up with guest dose with another facility. In the case of parking issues, I usually go before 7am, and have never had any issues with parking, and the longest I have had to wait was less than 30 minutes. I am usually in and out in less than 10 minutes. In closing, Ican say that this clinic most likely saved my life, and I am forever grateful.

Anything that there is to complain about has nothing to do with the staff here, or the facility, but everything to do with the patient's. Personally, I have nothing to complain about, I love the staff, of course we all have our favorites, but there isn't one employee here that I dislike. The only time I have had to wait longer than 10 to 15 min. ( On a normal day I am in and out..like 5 min.) is usually on a Saturday, due to dosing times being shortened, compared to any other day, and even then, they give you the chance to phase up, and you don't have to go on Saturday's, or everyday, it's all how you personally work the program. No matter what, I love the staff here, they care, they try, and I feel the support they are constantly offering. They have recently, in the past 6 months or so, started remodeling the whole place, a new front door, new painted walls, and tons of homey decorations, pictures, quotes, a clock. The staff here all work together to make sure it stays clean, and sane, and they do it, no matter how difficult the patient's can be at times, I appreciate them All for everything they do! If you come in, and follow the simple, common sense rules, you will see... you will have no problem here! ? I love all of you guys, thanks for making my life easier?

I was lucky enough to hear about Woodstock treatment center from a friend and it was the best decision that I've made in 16 years! It was time to get help with my 13 year old opiate prescription addiction !unfortunately I sought treatment after I lost my fiancé, most all my friends and family not to mention my job and self esteem/ respect! I made a desperate phone call one day after hearing about some medicine and some treatment that would help me to stay clean and enjoy life again. I personally love the treatment center. My counselor and the other counselors are always there for me!. With the help of these dedicated counselors and staff and the healing that the medicine enabled me to conquer, I was able to turn my life around. No more getting sick or having to go thru alternate avenues( that were sketchy) just to get what I needed in order to not get sick. I'm no professional but I knew I couldn't do it alone. I've been on my medicine now for awhile and I feel great! If you have realized that you are over your addiction I urge you to seek help from Woodstock treatmentcenter! I've read some of the previous reviews where some one has experienced a pretty long wait time . I think they said they experienced a 2 hr wait time. Well I can tell you that I go to the clinic everyday and I am always in and out. I have never waited that long! Ten minutes maybe 15 to ensure I make it to work on time!! Get help my friends if I can do it then you can too!

I have been to MANY clinics, all with their own pros and cons, different prices, services and methods. I have battled opioid addiction for almost a decade, half of which I have received treatment from Brand New Start. This clinic has given me the treatment that truly works: from counseling to price to medical care, this place tops all that I have otherwise visited. The staff is wonderful and those who state otherwise have probably not reached a level of sobriety that would let them be a fair judge. If you are addicted to opiate drugs, CALL AND SET UP AN INTAKE!

Positive environment and attitude towards client/patients. They have a very easy intake process; they can often get you in for an appt the next business day and treatment Begins on the same. The staff is great, from the young woman, Raven, whom greets and signs in clients or visitors, to the nurses, particularly Ms Jackie and Ms Crystal, that treat patients at the windows. The counselors and administrative staff, especially Khalifa and Misty, have always been courteous and friendly to clients, whether on their caseload or not. The Nurse Practitioner, Chrystal, although there only a couple days a week, is truly a gem. In my personal experience, all the staff members treat patient-clients as one wishes all society would: like fellow human beings struggling through our day to day lives just like everyone else. I have never felt judged or stigmatized by this facility, it's policies or staff. In this I have definitely experienced a difference - in other treatment programs or facilities, there was a clearly defined line one could Feel that seemed drawn by staff between themselves and the clients. It does not feel that way here. For this I am grateful and would absolutely recommend Woodstock Treatment Center/Brand New Start to anyone in need of help for acute or chronic opiate dependence and/or addiction. Thanks WTC, for offering the type of program that can truly help a person improve and better their life and situation, and by showing you actually Care that your clients Do so!

Really offering people a second chance with such a productive outcome. I can speak through handfuls of patients, when I say the staff is upbeat but casual, the process they practice is effectual on even those likely to fail, like myself, I was so extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in Brand New Starts program. And I strongly suggest those of you considering doing it, you most definitely SHOULD!!

There are plenty of counsellors there that care a lot . Yes it can be a long wait at times but most the time it is literally 20 min. Or less. Now I agree with seeing the doctor issue , I've only seen her once so that I can understand and Saturday's are unbelievable bit outside of that it is better than most other places and I've been to 3, Woodstock has been the best by far.

I will probably soon be changing clinics because the staff is extremely rude. They moved me from phase 4 to phase 0 because i missed one phonecall from them. I took two years to get to phase 4 and i havent had even one drug test come back bad...

This place could give a shit less about you!!! Know that first. The counselors are sad and make no real cash so basically it’s the McD’s version of counsel if they even try and most don’t. If you don’t have cash, don’t even try talking to them. Keep good count of how much you pay and I suggest never “charging” anything at all! They don’t “math” so well up there. Speak slowly and dont use big words. Take yourself off this shit and soon as you can. They want you to stay forever but don’t get it twisted they will try to spit in your face at the same time. The manager Kalifa is by far the biggest joke. She will take whatever your issue is and literally make a mountain out of a mole hill or if you are like me and just want some info for insurance... yeah you aren’t getting shit. This person has no true schedule. She gets there when she wants, stays in her little room fucks up or just does nothing. Literally nothing! No return calls, No anything. I’ve never seen an office or anywhere for that matter ran as badly as this place. But when you lay your staff shit then that’s what you are going to get a shitty staff! So way to go Nanlini Singh! You might have the name of my favorite author but you are the biggest SLUM lord of them all! Maybe if you paid people you could find people that actually care but I’m assuming since you only come in once a year.... you nasty, you don’t care, hand me the cash!
