WORST customer service EVER they do not care about the addicts coming into their program. I've been hung up on MULTIPLE times to confirm my boyfriend was there, I spoke to him and he confirmed all paperwork was signed for Fisrt step "CHOICES" could speak to me but instead I was hung up on NUMEROUS times and threathed the police would trace the call and be sent to my home. No police have came... However, I wish they would have so I could have got the answer I Call First Step "CHOICES" program could have given me. CHRIS the "supervisor" never has an answer for anything, no clue why he even is being paid to be there he is so disrectful and never has any answers. He just hangs up and is extremely disrespectful. Not sure why they even let him pick up the phone up because he is so rude and never has ANY info. They sent my boyfriend to the wrong rehab twice, he should have been checked in almost a month ago and if something happens to him I don't think " First Step Choices" would like the local news media to know how bad they screwed up and continue to mess up. CHRIS I hope you can sleep at night knowing an addict who is court ordered to be in your program could die because you don't want to be bothered with phone calls. Shame on you. CHRIS who refused to give me his last name. This place is a joke and meanwhile these people get paid to play games on the phone when addicts lives are at risk. And the police they said were coming to my house an hour ago have yet to show up.... BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND THE OTHER HORRIBLE STAFF WHO COULD CARELESS ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY NEED HELP!!!!

First step was the worst detox/Rehab in the world! There were fights in detox, they do not have the proper medication to treat withdrawals the correct way. I would not waste my money on this scummy place. In Rehab, they have people overdosing who are in the program. People sneak out and go to the dollar general or wawa and get alcohol or MLK drive to get drugs. Everyone is having sex with each other because you have more free time to do nothing than you are in a class or meeting. The male so called "Counselor" even have sex with residents. They hire recovering addicts to help. You meet with your counselor once a week to do insurence reviews that take an hour to do without discussing the residents actual problems to get them help they need. People get out of the program and go straight back to using again, I learned more about drugs (& how to do them) in rehab then I did before I even entered. This place should really be shut down. I would never recommend it to anyone. Unless you want to continue to party in rehab this will be perfect for you!

Have call This place on many occasion. Lm Cassey As In Mrs Not 1 Return call Not 1 Decided to Go there for Help A .Person directed me to a door .I went to Go open it it was Lock .Push intercom .Mrs Cassey Answers .She is sitting in the dark. Napping it look like she was Rude .Said only take appointments .Really before your nap or after .Your nap .This is insane .Here have people that need help. This is how its operated .The state needs to step in and get a person that does not want to sleep on the Job .That wants to help people .I will pray for williness for her

Very very very rude over the phone wouldn’t answer any of questions the first gentleman I spoke with was very professional the second gentleman was very rude and super unfriendly and unprofessional I can see why people who have addictions say the hell with it and give up and would rather be junkies the rest of their lives if you have to deal with people like that then why even bother
