Go elsewhere for your mental health needs. The office staff is rude, and incompetent; they will lie to you on the phone, and hang up on you routinely. The APRNs on staff are inconsiderate, and incompetent in the art of patient care. They will yank medication without cause, or warning. BEWARE!!

I was feeling depressed, called my LPN’s assistant and left the message I was feeling down, but not suicidal. This was on a Tuesday. Didn’t hear back from them until Friday. The assistant left a threatening message on my phone if I didn’t call back by a certain time they were sending the police here for wellness check. I’m very hard of hearing, everyone knows that. I saw there were messages, checked them so I called back immediately. Called the office, no answer, called the person who left the message, no answer, called her personal phone, no answer. Finally got her to answer, told her not to send the police I was fine. She blamed it on Susan, said she told her to send the police. No the responsibility to return phone calls falls back on her, she’s negligent. She later got smart mouthed with me saying “If you don’t like it, I’d be happy to give you the Director’s number so you can complain to him.” Glenda, Susan’s assistant is a liability to Lakeview and someone will eventually file a negligence complaint regarding her poor work ethics. She also complained to me about other staff members and tried to pull me into their office politics. I’m a patient, and surely didn’t need to get sucked into her drama!
