I've been coming to this clinic since 2005 and the only complaint I have is the handicap parking between the buildings, people who don't have the handicap decal park there and the police officer that is there doesn't check or doesn't do anything about it. I myself need to park there because I have problems with my feet from my diabetes and they always hurt so parking as close as I can to the building is a big help. I've told one or two counselors about it and they said that they would look into it, other than that this clinic has been a blessing for me. My counselor Tiffany is amazing and she will do anything to help ya out. She's very kind and sweet and a very caring person. Michelle who use to run the clinic is another amazing lady. She was VERY professional and she would listen to you when you had a problem or complaint. I think every business should have someone like her working for them. I would recommend anyone to come here for treatment.

I started going to the clinic and was started on 30mg of methadone. After 2 days I had to up my dose to 40. 40 is a good dose for me. I became ill with the flu i was laid up in bed and missed 8 days I then went back when I got better from the flu. I was informed I had to start at 20mg that 1st day back i did not argue I dosed at 20. Mind you 20mg did nothing for me. The next day was able to go to 30. I dosed at 30 for 3 days. I have to be to work at 530 am everyday there website stated they do not open till 530 on fridays so i missed that friday i go in saturday they said ok you can take the 30 today then go to 40 tomm. Sunday comes around I go back to dose at 40 they tell me no bc i missed friday. I explained why i missed friday. I spoke with a counselor and they stated that i broke the chain by missing friday. My point in this is they are on a power trip this place is a money pit there not there to help they are there to collect money. That nurse could have given me my 40 dose it was like she wanted to punish me for missing friday. I will go to a suboxone doctor where i can have my dose at home every day and not have some power tripping nurse telling me that i cant have my regular dose. Heed my warning everyone go to a doctor get on suboxone. The doctors give you a month supply of it. You can dose everyday in the comfort of your home and not deal with the MONEY PIT!!!!!!

Also I just lost my job and could not afford the treatment anymore and would have probably caused me to relapse but Shaniece Dixon was extremely helpful and friendly in helping me get the assistance I needed to continue treatment. I’ve been to two other clinics in Florida and two other clinics in a different state, and this is by far the best clinic I have been a patient at. They truly care, they treat patients with respect and as paying customers (as opposed to drug addicts looked down upon). If you’re searching for a clinic to start a new chapter and break free of the miserable chokehold of addiction, or if you just are looking for a better clinic to transfer to, I highly recommend Jacksonville Metro Treatment Center (New Season).

The clinic is great except the wait times in the mornings. There needs to be full staff of nurses and nurses need to do less casual talking at the dosing windows.

I transferred from a clinic in Annandale, VA and was expecting a nightmare to be transferred but there I go for "thinking". The transfer went smoothly thanks to my counselor (Evenlyn). GREAT counselor!! Easy to speak with, actually listens to me, extremely helpful, good attitude, and so much more!!

Alternative health treatment is based wholly on natural cures not involving drugs or manufactured or processed materials.

Unethical and unprofessional! Counselors are not educated to actually help you! They are not concerned with confidentiality or helping you get better. Certain counselors get off on the power trip of being in control of someone’s life. I spent a year at Emerson and saw things that are so unprofessional! I cannot believe I actually PAID to be belittled and harassed the way Vonetta did! I pray I can do it on my own because she has ruined it for me. Please go somewhere else if truly desire help/treatment ! This place only makes you feel worse about urself!

Worst clinic ever! No professional counselors! They share personal info with anyone walking down the hall! Was there a year and boy did I see some shit! Vonetta should be fired for what she did but guess what, no director so no authority they do whatever and talk about the clients . I will not be going back until Vonetta is fired and I won’t stop reporting what she did to my husband until she is FIRED !!!

This clinic used to be great, they were respectful of your time. The new manager has just ruined it, most of the nurses and counselors have quit and now it takes about an hour to dose in the morning. They no longer respect your time or privacy and I feel like I am on felony probation now. It has become everything I despise in a methadone clinic. Most of the nurses and counselors have quit and I don’t blame them at all.

It's this simple: They made a lot of changes from the vonetta days. She is gone, thank god. Very professional again, but the actual program doesn't do anything for you other than give you methadone so you don't crave dope. THEY DO THAT, BUT THATS IT. But to be honest, that's about all they can do for someone. If YOU aren't ready to quit using, YOU WILL FAIL, no matter what program you find. If you need methadone, they got it. The people that work there are mostly great🇵🇸🇺🇦🇺🇸
