The whole staff treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable even when I was at my most vulnerable state. When we would get back to the residence from clinical, all the techs were willing to take some time to sit with me when I was going through it. The lead tech John really went above and beyond for me and the other clients. He brings a positive energy when we need it the most. I recommend this program to anybody who is is looking for a way out.

This place is amazing. The staff here is hands down the most caring and loving out of any treatment center I've been in. They're more like family. They go above and beyond anything you'd imagine. The approach they take towards your recovery and helping you understand your addiction is second to none. The facility is impeccable and the living quarters are exceptional. Groups and activities are beyond perfectly orchestrated. If you want help and are ready to take that step I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. You will surely get everything you need to be equipped with all the tools for a successful life of recovery. The music and artistic element just adds to the already phenomenal experience you'll gain at Recovery Unplugged. Not a day goes by that I don't miss all the people I've met at their facility, which is actually more like a home. They become an actual part of your family. Difference is they truly care!!! The program is amazing. Music was always a huge part of my son. So finding a recovery based program thru music is amazing. I love this place!! They have the best staff here. They've helped me so much and because of their community and involvement that I've been able to stay clean for a whole year! I love the events that they have for alumni to stay involved with the community and their halfway house is beautiful and serene, right on the intercoastal. A perfect place for relaxing and practicing a serene lifestyle. I'm glad I went to Recovery Unplugged and was able to integrate music into my recovery. The music aspect of this place is awesome!! I want to speak from two different sides of the spectrum. First and foremost I am a proud employee of recovery unplugged and have been with this company since 12/17. The connection between the staff and clients is an undescrible feeling. The connection continues from the top down. Love, compassion and the passion to help as many as we can. I also have a brother who came to Recovery Unplugged in March. My brother has been unsuccessful in several other treatments and struggled to connect with the staff and therapists prior to coming to our center. Since coming to Recovery Unplugged he has changed so much and has not only opened up to staff and therapists but to me as well. He has been there for 3 months and is currently working and has a strong connection with his therapist. I’ve never seen this side of him before this. This is a family feeling atmosphere and a place I would highly recommend to anyone. You don’t have to be a musician to come there. This place saved my life! Flat out..I was a mess. I made the call. I spoke to one person. And that man was my guardian angel! He allowed me to talk. He listened. He didn't force me or try to convince me to come by telling me about the program. He told me about himself. He opened up to a complete stranger....Me! And it was infectious. Before I knew it I was going in! Crying and venting about my life and how terrible I felt. That I wanted help but didn't know how to help myself. I talked he listened. He expressed empathy. Told me it was going to be ok. Told me the help is here and I had to make the leap and that they would catch me. It was true!! It took me 3 weeks to go to Florida only because my addiction played the justification game. "Oh I need to do this first" "oh I have to do that" worrying about everything and everybody but me! That man became my sponsor before I knew what one was. He became my friend! Family! His name is Jeremy Benge! Words could not thank you and recovery unplugged enough. During one of the most difficult points in my life, I called a counselor I had met a year ago at an IOP program in Coconut Creek. He was now working at Recovery Unplugged, and referred me there. I went to the Detox in Lake Worth, where the Techs (Rick, Ian, Michelle, Dave, Tori, Nicky, everybody) were unbelievably essential and helpful in my treatment. Christine is an excellent program director. After transferring to Ft. Lauderdale for PHP, my excellent care and therapy continued. Kliff is one of the best people I have ever had the honor to meet in my life, and I thank him for everything he did to keep me going. This is an excellent treatment center.
