Once again, HORRIBLE experience, if you want to be treated like a number and sub-human and meet with nurse practitioners, then this place is for you !! ZERO STARS.

The staff here are super rude. I've been coming here for the last 6 months and everyone seems to always have some kind of chip on their shoulder and it shows. Doctors are nice, quick and efficent. I'm glad I have no problem with getting my medication, but there is a lag in communication from the billing department and appointment scheduling. I changed an appointment on time and got charged a no show fee. Every time I come in I have explain that I changed it and they tell me that it's just an error, but now I'm being sent to billing.

Doctors are great but female receptionists who answer calls are extremely RUDE. DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT WORK HERE!! This is a clinic for mental health and having an attitude with clients that have mental disabilities is toxic, hurtful and really harmful. I hope they train their employees better to be kinder to their patients. Someone could be manic depressive and suicide tendencies... employees should really check themselves!

Patients are simply a number and copay to both the doctors and administrators. Multiple times I as the patient have had to beg for them to fill medication scripts after I was told it would be taken care of. When speaking to the provider the blame administration and administration blames the provider, neither seeming to care about the patient. Avoid at all costs!

Compass Health is the worst provider I have ever seen. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone if you need to contact them. They also do not respond to messages left and unfortunately leaving a message is the only option when you call. They do not respond if you put a request in the patient portal. I called several times after our insurance changed to inquire as to why I was being charged a different amount from what was shown on my EOB from my insurance. They cancelled by appointment without telling me that it would be cancelled because I would not put a card on file during the pre-screen for my appointment. Prior to that I had them charging my card and ended up having a credit with them for close to $300. It took several calls to get that issue sorted out. Over all dealing with Compass is a nightmare avoid them if you value customer service at a basic level.
