I really like her and half the time Im too embarrassed to say anything because I just want to be around her but she's ridiculously energetic and I want to find out why and if she is on meth or something.

Other symptoms of meth are not sleeping for long periods, losing their appetite, and losing weight. If you notice these symptoms along with the increased energy then it may be time to have a conversation either with them or other people that they are close to about your concerns.
