How do you know if someone is on methamphetamine?

Whenever I need time to myself to recharge she is always barging in and acting energetic (borderline crazy). Her behavior is high strung and not normal, pretty sure thats what meth users act like. So my question is how do you know if someone is on methamphetamine. I need to know so I can get a grip on the situation.

Most meth users sleep very little. After several days and nights awake, their behavior and thought pattern can become almost delusional.
