How do I set up an appointment for evaluation

My fiancee (we have been together for 19 years) decided we were going to get a hotel room to get away from teenage kids for the weekend. However, that never happened...we got the room, got our stuff put in the room, took showers got ready and I had two 7.5 hydrocodone that I was to take after eating and the other one was for my 10:pm medication call which we were going to watch a movie after eating supper. I didn't think anything about the two pills they were mine and I had them in my front pocket of my jeans.
