How can you tell if someone smokes crack?

In doing volunteer work down at a local homeless shelter. I work in the kitchen a serve food for two meals out the day, I've heard a lot of stories about crack addicts living down town and I'm I want to know how I can tell if the person acting funny actually smokes crack.

I usually can tell if someone smoke crack by their body language and movement. Smoking crack makes people move, think and speak sporadically.
