How can you tell if someone is on cocaine?

There is a chick in my college english class that is always sniffing her nose. She also talks really fast and is fidgety throughout the entire hour. I have a suspicion that she is on cocaine how can I be sure?

Often times when someone is on cocaine they have mood swifts from high, happy and on top of the world to undeniable lows of heavy depression. Have you been in class with her for sufficient amount of time to take notice of the change? If you have that should definitely awnser your question. Also if she acts sketchy and never participates that another tell-all sign.
