How bad is cocaine for your body?

If I were to try and do cocaine, how bad is it for my body? I have a pre-exsisting heart condition but my roomates have a great time when they do it and I dont want to sit around depressed anymore. I feel like it might help and allow me to enjoy myself. Any thoughts?

Cocaine speeds up your physiological system and can result in heart problems.
