Can you die of marijuana?

My sister passed away closing in on 6 months ago. I have told my family that marijuana was the cause and non of them seem to accept the answer, telling me that’s not possible. I am seeking outside opinions.

Hey Jamil, hope this helps somewhat- Experts have reported that there are zero cases that involve a marijuana induced deaths. It seems that marijuana is not capable of causing death due to overdose.

Leo you have a good point and although this is true, there is always room for negotiation. Marijuana use can lead to use of other drugs which could cause death. Similarly, if your sister dealt with any pre-exsisting health issues it is possible that even the lightest of symptoms of marijuana use could've set something off it her that resulted in the fatality. Please keep in mind, this is just my opinion and by no mean am I a certified medical professional.
