A friend of mine just took molly a few hours ago can she die from taking it? I told her not to but she did it anyway.

I think its important to know what it is first, so what is molly? Well according the the National Institute on Drug Abuse it is a synthetic drug that alter mood and perception (awarenesss of surrounding objects and conditions). It is chemically similar to both stimulants and hallucinogens, producing feeling os increased energy, pleasure, emotional warmth, and distorted sensory and time perception. Now if you abuse any synthetic drug that alters mood and perception, you will realize that drugs of that nature can kill you even if in extreme cases.

Since molly aka mdma is refering to its purest form, its hard to say. But tons of people die due to mixtures of unknown drugs within the molly taken. Molly is almost never 100% pure.

I dont think you should ever take drugs of this nature, most of them are cut with dangerous chemicals, and you may never know what really is in them. That can be more harmful than the drug itself. Death is defiantly a possibility if any drug is abused. I think you should explore you options on this site. Here you will find a number of treatment options that will work best for you or the person you may be concerned about. Whomever is taking the Molly needs to consider the options on this site.
