Can marijuana smoke cause cancer?

I view smoking cigarettes as different from smoking marijuana, but if it is done for years on end, does it put you at risk for getting lung cancer similar to the risk for those who smoke cigarettes?

Going to have to say it is possible. In the grand scheme of things marijuana smoke is not far off from cigarette smoke. It is still inhaled through the lungs.
