Doctor knows im a recovered alcoholic but me on klonopin to help with panic and paranoia anyway. Im now noticing weight gain and I'm terrified of it.

Maybe your adrenal system is slowed down which all in all is better for your overall health and for your heart. Maybe you are relaxed and eating more. Maybe try exercise dude, exercise is a miracle drug.. Seriously.
