Can cocaine damage your kidneys?

Hi there, close to a week ago I detoxed from cocaine and now I have serious pain in my lowerback, kidney-ish area.

Maybe. You could have kidney stones or something. I am not a doc and can not tell you if your kidneys are damaged. If I were you I would tell your doctor you have just detoxed and explain your symptoms.
