Can adderall damage your heart?

I overdosed on adderall more than twice in the past six months and I'm so fearfull that it caused damage to my heart. Hesitating to tell my doctor because I dont want her to take me off it. I feel its been a miracle drug in my life and dont want to give it up.

I am currently prescribed adderall and previous years i faced my methamphetamine addiction. So based on experience alone and research on Substance Abuse.. stimulants to be specific, if someone has heart issues that exists without the person's knowledge this can be fatal.
