Are swishers bad for you?

Heres the story... one of my good friends has a swisher in his hand at least everytime that i see him, are they addictive or bad for you? whats the deal with the swisher sweets.

Eh ya afraid so, it can definitely be bad for you and even addictive if your friends brain is vulnerable to becoming addicted.
