Are dilated pupils a sign of drug use?

Sorta weird, but several of my friends pupils have changed in size this last week. We're in highscool so drug use during school doesn’t make much sense.

For certain drugs ya dilated eyes are a usual indication of something going on. In general, when pupils are dilated it is caused by heightened blood pressure.
